Pros:

The attitude of the staff was good

Cons:

Our stay was quite terrible as there were stray cats and dogs lying around the property and the playground facilities were dirty . The walls of the room were stained , the chair was chipped and my child's ankle got cut.Tea bags were left open which was unhygienic. The pipes were not working. The cats were roaming around the breakfast area . I am allergic to cats so it would have been better if we were informed beforehand that they were cats in the vicinity . The toilet seat was filthy . The breakfast was mediocre .

Très chouette.
Pros:

La piscine et le personnel très sympathique et toujours prêt à donner un coup de main. Le jardin est très agréable.

Cons:

Pas beaucoup de pression dans la douche mais c’est anecdotique.

Emplacement à 5 minutes du centre-ville. Homestay avec piscine, petit déjeuner et plats généreux et adaptés aux touristes.
Personnel très sympathique.

Chambre pas très spacieuse mais suffisante pour un petit séjour.

Not quite there yet in our case
Pros:

I liked how well maintained the garden was and the location.

Cons:

There were a few things that didn't go well for us unfortunately.

We arrived at 15:00 and our room wasn't ready yet. We also asked for a breakfast parcel and they said they would have it ready but no staff at the time we said we would leave (6:30 am)

In my room the AC was incredibly loud, there was no spoon or tissue next to the tea/coffee area in the room.

Nice homely stay feel within Fort Kochi city area.
Pros:

Very good breakfast, very filling. Staff was very welcoming and friendly.

Cons:

There was nothing to note other than a crow that tried to pick up food when left unattended.

Pros:

From the moment we arrived, the entire team (George, Ajay, Finitha, Yedhu, Josit, Akshay, Kishan, Jineesh) made us feel genuinely welcome with their warm hospitality and attentive service. Every staff member was friendly, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile, making our stay truly comfortable and memorable.

The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of well-prepared dishes that everyone in our group enjoyed. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a day of sightseeing.

One of the highlights of our stay was the swimming pool. It was clean and well-kept, providing hours of fun and relaxation for both kids and adults.

Cons:

Fewer rooms, its also an advantage!

The property is in a good location with lots of restaurants near by.

Cons:

Lots of noises at night from Wildlife. I also think the place is next to a temple because there were loud singing/groaning noises at random hours. When we first walked into the room it stunk of urine.

Un cadre magnifique et relaxant
Pros:

L'hôtel est parfaitement situé à proximité de la mer et des filets de pêche Chinois. Là piscine offre un moment de détente incomparable lors des fortes températures. Le jardin intérieur est magnifique et vous offre un espace de détente loin des bruits de la ville. De nombreux commerces et restaurants de qualités à un dizaine de minutes à pied. Le personnel ainsi que son manager ont toujours été à notre écoute pour nous conseiller sur des activités à faire à proximité. Les réservations étaient faites par l'hôtel directement ce qui nous permettait souvent de bénéficier d'un petit geste commercial. Un très grand merci à toute l'équipe, vous avez tous été merveilleux ❤️.

Cons:

Tout n'est pas tout neuf dans l'hôtel mais les chambres sont fonctionnelles et propres.
