Номера перепутали. Персонал негостеприимный, не говорят по английски.
Pros:

Нам понравилось расположение - близко к центру. Выбрали отель из-за дизайна, им остались довольны: в лифтах ярко красное или синее освещение, в коридорах постеры фильмов. Завтрак и бариста оставили приятное впечатление.

Cons:

Забронировали два номера с ванной комнатой на booking. Один с двумя отдельными кроватями, другой с кинг сайз кроватью. При выборе было две опции: душ или ванная. Выбрали оба номера с ванной. Один из них с кинг сайз кроватью.
Приезжаем, нас заселяют в один двухместный номер. Без ванной, только душ. Это было принципиально потому что мы заплатили за номер с ванной дороже, чем без. Идем на рецепцию, менеджер говорит, что все проверяет и эта проблема букинга. Сказали, что у них только два номера с ванной на последнем этаже. При выборе номера на букинге тоже было примечание, что номер с кинг сайз кроватью будет на самом последнем этаже. Мне сказали, что ввиду загруженности ничего поменять нельзя. Потом заселили папу, приходим в номер на 3 этаже — там две раздельных кровати) Ни кинг сайз кровати, ни ванной, ни высокого этажа. На ресепшне никто не понимает по английски совсем. Мне кажется такой ситуации не должно быть ввиду большого потока иностранных гостей) это было совсем непривычно и неприятно. Позвали менеджера, который говорит по русски - сказали, что сейчас все поправят. Мы то думали нам дадут другой номер с кинг сайз кроватью, а на деле две отдельные кровати сдвинули вместе. Это было нечто, мы были очень сильно разочарованы. Еще один смешной момент: после уборки в нашей комнате пропали две мусорки) Мусор было выбросить некуда. Наверное, отелю стоит еще раз обучить весь свой персонал)

Итог: Персонал совершенно негостеприимный, никто не здоровается при входе, при выезде из отеля нам не сказали ни единого слова. Осталось впечатление, что в этом отеле всем глубоко все равно и им совершенно неинтересны гости. Не рекомендуем оставаться здесь.

Great location , clean, bed is comfortable

Cons:

Light in elevator - me and friends felt bling everytime we walked out, guys please do something about that blue and red lighting
Breakfast - not enough servants . Everything you try to ask cook for you eggs, the answer was we cant, its forbidden. Steange for 5 stars hotel.

Отель хороший и атмосферный но к сожалению все омрачило то что пропала большая сумма денег , это произошло очень символично, на праздник 9 мая. Оставили в номере открытый чумадан!!!

Мне очень понравился гостиница. Оригинальное оформление. Очень хорошее местоположение. Гостиница находится в центре города, большой выбор ресторанов рядом. Вечером в баре есть дискотеки, вход для гостей гостиницы бесплатно. Сделала несколько раз массаж и почувствовал себя обновлённой благодаря профессионализму массажистке Анна . Приятно удивлена завтракам. Очень вкусные и разнообразные. Персонал благожелательный. Всегда готов помочь .

If the person at reception is the face of a hotel, then this hotel is incredibly lucky to have Gigi. He is the ultimate professional -incredibly friendly, responsive, and ready to help at a moment's notice. He went above and beyond to assist us with every request.
He made us really feel welcome from the very first second ♥️

Special compliments to the chef Sandro. The breakfasts were outstanding, featuring delicious local cheeses, rich salads, and a great selection of desserts. Feels like crew really cares about our experience.

Overall, a fantastic cinema atmosphere, look and top-tier service for sure.

Cons:

The music in hotel is nice, though expanding the playlist would be great to avoid hearing the same tracks too often.
