Pros:

Gut sind die Lage und Ausstattung. Hübsches Hotel. Das Personal war freundlich!

Cons:

Unser Zimmer (Erdgeschoss) war etwas laut, ggf. war die Küche / Restaurant über uns?… Wir haben an anderen Orten schon gemütlich und entspannter gewohnt für weniger Geld.

Pros:

Ottima struttura, curata e accogliente. Servizi eccellenti, pulizia impeccabile, buon cibo e un grande parcheggio molto comodo. La spa è piccola, ma comunque piacevole e ben curata.
Abbiamo anche cenato nella struttura e siamo rimasti soddisfatti.
Nel complesso, soggiorno davvero positivo.

Una estancia excepcional.
Pros:

Hotel muy confortable y tranquilo. El SPA es muy agradable para relajarse después de un largo día visitando la zona. El restaurante es excelente y el desayuno muy rico y variado.

Glad we stayed here
Pros:

Restaurant was good for dinner and breakfast. Enjoyed the hot tub. Room was clean and comfortable. I was happy our room faced north so it wasn't too warm.

Cons:

Expensive for what it is, but there didn't seem to be any better options when we were booking. The one small window we could open gave a view into our room from the parking lot.

Alles, gehobenes Hotel und dadurch etwas teurer, auch im Restaurant, aber absolut seinen Preis wert. Fantastische Lage im Süden, man kann top Attraktionen vor und nach den Touristenstürmen besuchen. Nettes Team, Top!!!!

Bodenständig, tolle Betten, sehr guter Umgang mit Pannen
Pros:

Der Umgang mit Problemen. In der ersten Nacht tropfte gegen 23 Uhr Wasser von der Wohnung über uns durch die Decke. Nachts ließ sich das nicht reparieren, wir bekamen sofort zusätzliche Handtücher, und am nächsten Morgen hat die Rezeption uns ohne Diskussion ein neues Zimmer gegeben, gleiche Kategorie, und den Umzug komplett selbst organisiert. Die Betten sind hervorragend, die Bäder wirken frisch renoviert. Abends gut gegessen; unser Essen wurde zwischendurch vergessen, dafür gab es einen Aperitif aufs Haus und die Stimmung blieb gut.

Cons:

Das Haus ist hier und da leicht abgewohnt. Das Frühstück war okay, aber sehr voll und mit überschaubarer Auswahl. Den Wellnessbereich haben wir nicht getestet, das Hotel war ausgebucht.

Gutes Hotel mit Lücken, Preis-Leistung nicht gegeben
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal im Restaurant war sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommend. Die Hot Tubes waren ein Highlight. Es stehen genügend Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Ein riesieges Fenster gibt Blick auf die Landschaft und mögliche Northern Lights.

Cons:

Man sieht, dass das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen ist. Überall blättert es ab! Das Badezimmer ist schlecht konzipiert. Man muss in die Dusche, bevor man die Tür schließen kann, damit man auf Toilette gehen kann! Es gibt ein 20x20 cm Fenster, dass man max. 15 cm öffnen kann. Der Fernseher hat auf keinem Kanal vollständig funktioniert.
Das schlimmste waren die Zimmertüren. Sie sind so eingestellt, dass sie sehr laut und gewaltig zuschlagen. Somit ist man jedes mal wachgeworden, wenn jemand sein Zimmer betritt oder verlässt.
