Nice clean rooms and friendly staff.

Very good rooms and clean.

Cons:

The room had a very strong smell of some product they used to give a pleasant smell, but it was too strong. I even though it was some plugin thing but couldn't find any in the room.
Even though I emailed beforehand saying I was vegan, there was no real vegan options for breakfast, so that was quite disappointing.

Would definitely return, all round excellent hotel
Pros:

The hotel is well situated close to the town centre, the staff were excellent, room was above standard for the price paid, great breakfast and other food was all very good.

Pros:

O atendimento, tanto na recepção quanto durante as refeições (café da manhã e bar) surpreenderam. A recepcionista é simplesmente um cartão de visitas. Excelente!!!!

Pros:

Situation de l’hôtel en plein centre-ville

Cons:

Propreté médiocre
Personnels désagréable
Chambre avec une toute petite fenêtre qui donne dans un hall très bruyant
Climatiseur présent dans la chambre mais pas de commande
Femme de ménage qui hurle dans les corridors tôt le matin
Rentre dans la chambre sans toquer pour faire un semblant de ménage

Cons:

Gostei de tudo. Apenas deixo duas sugestões ao hotel (porque ainda é recente e está a terminar algumas obras):
1 escadas para o jacuzzi que está no rooftop (experiência maravilhosa)
2 abrir a parede após a saída do elevador com rampa (para evitar de entrar num comodo com 2 portas corta fogo e escadas)

Helpful staff and delicious restaurant and breakfast. Was modern, clean and had a lift.

There was an overwhelming soap smell in the room which didn’t go away.

Chambre très propre et fonctionnelle. Emplacement en plein centre de Rio Maior. Personnel à l’écoute et très arrangeant, bref tout était parfait, je recommande fortement ce logement !
