the water in the showers isnt very warm
The property looked good from the outside comparing to the whole neighborhood.
The room we got assign seem it hadn’t been service because we found trash from previous guests. Also I didn’t like the sliding doors to close the restroom.

The property is clean, centrally located and the front desk are exceptionally helpful and friendly
Air-conditioning are not cooling enough
The room was like a suite. It had a sitting room, 2 bathrooms and a bedroom. Lots of space. The manager was so friendly and accomodating.
One of the bathrooms was not as clean as it could have been. Location is not in the better part of town.
The staff went above and beyond for us.

Camere con zero insonorizzazione. Alla reception non c'è quasi mai nessuno di sera, ma anche al mattino alle 08 era chiusa, neanche un caffè. . Molto sporco per i nostri standard e non sono Carlo d'Inghilterra.. dormito malissimo causa rumori di motori sulla strada fino all 03 del mattino
The hotel is very dirty, and the staff lack basic customer service skills. I do not recommend staying here at all

Our stay at this hotel was a complete disappointment.
The problems started the moment we checked in. The room and bathroom had clearly not been cleaned properly. One of the toilets still had obvious signs of previous guests, including hair on the toilet seat and inside the bowl. The sink was also dirty, with visible toothpaste residue left behind by the previous occupants. Overall, the bathroom fixtures looked as though they had barely been cleaned. Later that evening, when we decided to take a bath, we found several long black hairs in the bathtub. It honestly felt as if housekeeping had either done an extremely careless job or had not cleaned the bathroom after the previous guests at all.
The second major issue was the terrible sound insulation. The guest staying above us spent almost the entire night walking back and forth and dragging furniture across the floor, creating constant noise that made it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. I repeatedly tried calling the front desk, but no one answered for quite some time. I was eventually able to reach someone who said they would look into the situation, but nothing noticeably improved.
Another major disappointment was the missing hair dryer. The room description clearly stated that a hair dryer was included, and this was especially important for my girlfriend and me because we had an important event early the next morning. After we washed our hair, we discovered there was no hair dryer in the room. We had to visit the front desk twice, and each time the receptionist said they would try to find one in another unoccupied room. The fact that an advertised amenity was missing and the staff had to search the entire hotel for a hair dryer was both surprising and highly unprofessional.
Overall, our stay left an extremely negative impression.
Didn’t know there was breakfast. The hotel room was nice, seemed newly renovated.
No hair dryer. Floors were dirty, I got out of the shower and my floor immediately were black.
Room was clean and nice. It has modern touches like a backlight on the bathroom and full length mirror (for those who need to do their makeup) and some motion night lights under the bed
You can hear speeding cars from the road once in a while. The neighborhood was quiet otherwise.
Bardzo miły Pan na recepcji, Pokój bardzo czysty, nowocześnie wykończony i wyposażony ponad standardy jakich udało mi się doświadczyć w USA. Lokalizacja super, parking duży, bezpieczny i blisko drzwi pokoju. Bardzo serdecznie polecam. Obiekt wart swojej ceny, która była rozsądna.
