Якби не російська мова і доступність рецепції за необхідності- все було б ок

Приїхавши у 7:00 до готелю , нас охорона не пускала на територію, і лише разу з 5 ми додзвонилися до рецепції, щоб зайти на територію - це не ок
Одна з дівчат рецепції обслуговувала російською мовою , всі вивіски в готелі теж цією мовою
