Великий таракан
Сподобалось місцерозташування, апартаменти, вид з балкону та чистота.
Не сподобалась завелика ціна за добу підземного паркінгу (500 грн).
Загалом помешкання хороше, але вікна з тріщинами можна було б замінити. Все необхідне виномері було.
Сервіс. Посилили не в той номер, що бронювали. Не могли визначитись, з паркомісцем, просили переставити авто, не вказали, що парковка платна, магнітний ключ не працював. Повний бардак і ніякого сервісу.
Дуже просторий і комфортний номер з усіма зручностями. До моря пішки хвилин 10.
Спілкування з персоналом залишило неприємне враження.
Через можливий ранній виїзд ми спочатку оплатили лише 2 із 4 днів проживання. Коли пізніше вирішили доплатити, виявилося, що один із днів уже заброньований, тому оплатили лише ще одну добу. Проте адміністратор помилково списала суму вдвічі більшу. Після мого звернення кошти повернули, але персонал був явно незадоволений. Більше того, під час повернення готівки вони знову неправильно порахували суму, і після того, як я звернула на це увагу, їхня реакція також була негативною.
