The stay was ok.
Pros:

Staff was helpful, particularly Mr. Joby. The room was spacious.

Cons:

There was no tissue roll in the bathroom, smoke smell inside room at first, wall near AC was dirty, shower curtain was dirty, the towel was too big and heavy to cover head after shower, toilet was draining water continuously wasting so much water, kettle was dirty (so could not use it), TV wasn't working. These are the things that you don't expect in a 4 star hotel when you book.

The location is good ..The hotel, bar everything is nice .

Cons:

The room , bed and pillow were not clean. The AC cooling was very bad ..I was sweating even at midnight even after I set the temperature to 17 or 16 degree Celsius

Breakfast was average. Vry ltd item..only boiled egg n water melon juice..Added Maximum water😃.some cut fruit.. Don't order for tea..The worst tea I had in my life.. Making tea with low quality items. Also they made by bengali room boys..

Well appointed room with comfortable bed, a fridge and sifficient number of charging ports. Ayurvedic spa is a useful adjuant with massage service.

Cons:

The room itself is quite small and so a little cramped though manageable .the tra bags provided were in very bad taste.
