Great! Wouldn't recommend with big luggage.
Pros:

The cleaning staff came by regularly. The room war very neat, even provided a table! The tub is exactly bit enough to fit one person.

Cons:

The room was on the smaller side, therefore opening two huge suitcases wasn't possible.

A spacious, clean room to relax in after a long day sightseeing!
Pros:

Each staff member was so lovely every time I walked into the hotel! The rooms were immaculately clean, and I loved how comfy the bed was. The location was so peaceful and almost in a residential part of Kyoto – only a 10 min walk from a station. There was an elevator which made suitcase movement easy – and there was new towels everyday as well which was a lovely touch.

Cons:

There was an unusual smell every time I entered my room. The bathroom was spotless but it almost smelt like a sewer smell? Possibly from the drain in the shower or shower floor area? I would just open the window a crack and pop the aircon on and it would go away so it wasn't a huge deal :)

Pros:

Location: Great. located in small, quiet alley.
near tube and bus stops, near main.
Close to wonderful cafe (Here), small, cute restaurants or mini mart and small shrine.
In walking distance to castle or imperial palace.

Staff: great, friendly, helpful. English: no problem

Room: single bedroom, enough space, Japan standard size for a room, clean, quiet.

Cons:

Minor inconvenience: no wash machine in the building, but cleaning services on main road available.

Pros:

位在安靜的住宅區內。
房間雖然小巧，但空間很夠用

Cons:

離地鐵站稍遠，後來會去比較近的公車站牌，搭往京都車站跟相關景點

Pros:

Petit hôtel bien situé, dans un quartier très tranquille, mais à 2 pas d'une artère passante. Chambre suffisamment grande, très appréciable au Japon! Lit confortable.

Cons:

Pas de thé dans la chambre, seulement du café. Difficile de poser des affaires dans la salle de bains et dans la chambre (pas d'étagère et table de nuit minuscule).

Pros:

・接客が良かった。
・チェックインの前に荷物を預かってもらいに行った際、友達と一緒に行ったところ、部屋を隣同士にして下さって有り難かった。（私は2泊3日で友達は1泊2日だったのに）
・預けたスーツケースを部屋に置いておいて下さった。
・チェックアウトの際、無料でパンをくれた。

Cons:

お風呂の排水の流れがあまり良くなかった。
