I need more Sleep
Pros:

The Good Points
1. Mrs Yap was kind and helpful
2. The bed was clean and nice for the location
3. The Shower was a nice jet and fresh

Cons:

The Bad points
1. The Kettle in the wrong place and where you have to plug it in the side of the bed to use.
2. The plugs in the room need maintenance, as they are lose.
3. When providing a kettle, please provide tea and coffee, and with a spoon.
4. The building smelt of smoke outside.
5. The neighbour door is too thin and the next door neighbour listing to my conversations.
6. Not good location for the food other than supermarket.
7. To get to the hotel is best by taxi $5 ringgit. from bukit indah.
8. No light bulb in the side light and a safety concern.
9. Towels need upgrading as a bit outdated.
10. Wifi is terrible, and not good.
11. Couldn't use the tv.
12. Short term best.

Outdated Facilities and Poor Cleanliness

Cons:

The hotel facilities are very old and appear to be poorly maintained. The overall environment was not clean, which made the stay less comfortable than expected.

I was also surprised to find that guests need to pay extra for a hair dryer, which is usually considered a basic hotel amenity.

In addition, the location is not very convenient, making it difficult to access nearby attractions, restaurants, or transportation.

Overall, the hotel did not meet my expectations. Due to the outdated facilities, cleanliness issues, additional charges for basic amenities, and less-than-ideal location, I would not recommend staying here.
