Perfect for a relaxing stay near Dishui Lake. We would definitely come back! ⭐
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is located in one of Shanghai’s newer and more modern districts, close to the beautiful Dishui Lake, where you can enjoy relaxing walks and a peaceful atmosphere. The hotel is quite far from downtown Shanghai, which is something to keep in mind when planning your trip, but it was exactly what we were looking for. The hotel offers excellent service, the staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Our room was spotless, and housekeeping cleaned it regularly to a very high standard. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The breakfast is mainly Chinese style and has limited European options. However, the food is still tasty and you can always find something to eat. The only real issue was that the location shown on the Booking.com map is inaccurate. It makes the hotel appear much closer to downtown Shanghai than it actually is, which could be misleading for future guests.

Pros:

Прекрасный просторный отель и вежливый персонал

Cons:

Откровенно в этом расположении делать нечего за пределами отеля, есть европейскую кухню в округе тоже негде.

Beautiful property but bad service the staff also seemed prejudiced towards people of color.

The property was beautiful and new

Cons:

Dishonest advertising. This hotel advertised the rate for my room to include an 85% discount off all meals. This was an important factor for me when choosing a hotel. I wanted one that had a reasonable price for meals. I went to dine and immediately they recanted claiming it was an error. Not only did they recanted, they held me waiting while they made calls for over an hour without a resolution. All this to come back and say the platform made a mistake.

L'hôtel dans son ensemble était exceptionnel ! Il est grand, très propre et les chambres sont grandes et spacieuses aussi. Sur la propreté il n'y a rien à dire tout est impeccable et le personnel de ménage vient chaque matin pour arranger les chambres. L'hôtel est grand, offre plusieurs services tels que la piscine, le spa ou encore des restaurants et est très calme ce qui permet d'en profiter pleinement ! Le personnel est très à l'écoute et nous vient en aide directement dès qu'on a un problème. Même si l'hôtel est éloigné du centre de Shanghai du fait de sa construction dans un nouveau quartier, la découverte culturel reste quant à elle intéressante. Je recommande !!

Otel çok yeni ,ferah ve tertemiz. Odalar oldukça iyi ve geniş.Bu bölgeye yakın bir işiniz varsa konum da iyi.Çalışanlar iyi çalışıyor.Biraz daha fazla ingilizce bilseler her şey daha kolay olabilir.

Cons:

Bu kadar büyük bir otelin kahvaltısı çok daha iyi olabilirdi.Konumu biraz ters bir yerde,bu bölgede işiniz varsa idare eder ama merkeze giderim derseniz maalesef çok yolunuz olacak.Bir de çevresinde fazla restoran,market ve alışveriş merkezi yok.Otelde yemek ise biraz pahalı ve henüz iyi durumda değil.
