I would not visit again for sure
Pros:

It has a convenient location connecting to the main road otherwise not worth it

Pros:

The dirtiest place which I have never seen in my life, even by bugs are more washroom is not even clean as public toilet water leakage and all the courts have been damage. Maintenance is very bad to tell in one word. It’s a dirtiest place to visit.

Bad hygiene, smell, not worrh it.
Cons:

The booking is not managing the accomodation, it only creates a reservation in FabHotels portal and you cannot access it without Indian phone number.

The place was dirty, moldy and smelled bad, there were issues with confirming reservation, wifi not working and more.

Nominal room for budget price
Pros:

Location was good. Staff seemed fine and couple of them were very helpful. Room size was good, bed and pillow were OK.

Cons:

Room condition could have been better. Bathroom tiles and look N feel were not great. In one room, water output from heater was low. TV didn't work in one room it was physical broken with crack on the screen. Towels were bit dirty. There were broken electrical outlets/switch.
