Fijn verblijf!
Pros:

Super leuk hotel. Vriendelijk personeel. Goede communicatie. Lekker kunnen avond eten. Goede prijs kwaliteit. Familie kamer was ruim zat. En van alles voorzien. Rook heerlijk in de kamer, en alles was schoon en fris. Ontbijt is niet heel uitgebreid. Maar prima! Fruit, yoghurt, Cruesli, verschillende broden en verse croissant. Verse sappen aanwezig, alle soorten koffie beschikbaar. Parkeren om de hoek. Prachtige omgeving! Wij zijn er een nachtje geweest om de reis te overbruggen. Was het zeker waard.

Cons:

De matrassen. Maar dit is natuurlijk ook best persoonlijk

Lovely stay!
Pros:

Great value for money! We loved our room with lake view. Super clean and located in a lovely, peaceful neighbourhood. The staff was super helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was very good, made us full for the whole day of hiking. We will definitely stay there again if we are back!

Pros:

Хороший маленький отель с рестораном, милый персонал и хорошее расположение , у них нету стоянки , но есть стоянка платная возле отеля 5-6 мест , на ресепшене могут помочь сделать талон на день за 10 франков. Единственный наверное минус это отсутствие лифта

Prima verblijf, mooie locatie en heerlijk ontbijt. De hotelmanager was top, vriendelijk gastvrij en zeer behulpzaam.

Wir waren für ein verlängertes Wochenende in Lugano. Wir kannten Lugano nicht.
Pros:

Kleines familiäres Hotel. Freundlich- und hilfsbereites Personal. Preis- Leistung ist gut. Wir kommen wieder einmal.

Cons:

Nicht gefallen ist übertrieben. Etwas detailliertere Infos betreffend Fahrrichtungen der Busse Nr. 2 oder 12 wäre noch hilfreich gewesen. Ans Ziel sind wir jedoch immer gekommen.

Très agréable séjour dans un jolie auberge au-dessus du lac de Lugano
Pros:

Très jolie auberge perchée sur les hauteurs du lac de Lugano. Superbe vue sur le lac depuis la chambre au 2e étage. La chambre avec terrasse est très agréable, spacieuse, lumineuse, confortable, calme et très propre. Possibilité d'éteindre le climatiseur et de bénéficier du ventilateur au plafond, qui est silencieux et efficace. Excellent petit-déjeuner, avec la possibilité de faire ses propres gaufres : un régal ! Personnel accueillant et serviable. Idéalement situé à moins de 20mn en bus de la gare (ligne 2, fréquence toutes les 15mn). Très jolie promenade à faire dans le village et au bord du lac jusqu'au lido de Lugano.

Cons:

Un bloc (condensateur ?) posé sur un côté de la terrasse fait du bruit et émet de la chaleur. La terrasse du restaurant est un peu bruyante, à cause de la route qui passe juste à côté. La portion des plats du restaurant n'est pas très abondante.

Ottima accoglienza, camera confortevole, possibilità di trasporto pubblico gratuito che consente di raggiungere il centro di Lugano evitando la ricerca di parcheggi molto onerosi.

Cons:

Finestre della camera poco insonorizzate esposte al rumore del traffico intenso mattutino.
Scale e corridoio della struttura in moquette usurata.

No recomendable para gente que va en moto y quiere tener su moto cerca.
Pros:

El hotel en si es cómodo y el personal es amable. Bien situado para visitar la zona. Las habitaciones están bien y el desayuno es correcto.

Cons:

Cuando pones el filtro de hoteles con parking, estos hoteles que no tienen parking propio y se limitan a indicarte donde se encuentran los parkings públicos más cercanos no deberían de aparecer. El hotel aparece anunciado como con parking cuando no lo tiene. No me parece ético. Tienes que dejar las motos lejos del hotel en una calle con aparcamiento público. Aunque Suiza es un país seguro, no me parece de recibo.
