Pros:

Breakfast is very good. Good location and easy to park. Staff is very kind and fixed a free bus ticket for us. There is air conditioner in the room as well.

Pros:

sympathieke zaak met mooie ligging ten opzichte van het meer. Balkon en goede airco (samen wat moeilijk te gebruiken want de aircokast staat op het balkon). vriendelijke bediening die hun best doen om alles voor je te regelen, ook in verband met parkeren, ticinokaart en dergelijke meer. De zaak is niet nieuw, maar er is voldoende ruimte op een praktische kamer.

Cons:

het avondeten was voor de prijs onder de maat. Misschien had men een slechte dag?

Enttäuschend und leider nicht empfehlenswert
Pros:

Das Personal und das Frühstück, besonders der Cappuccino, war gut.

Cons:

Die Lage ist nicht zu empfehlen, da es direkt an der Hauptstraße liegt. Nur die DZ haben eine Klimaanlage, aber die ist sehr laut. Auch sonst war das Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Nach der Ankunft haben wir ein verschmutztes Laken vorgefunden, was aber sofort gewechselt wurde und mit einem Drink in der Bar gemildert wurde.
Das Abendessen wurde dann leider auch nicht dem Preis gerecht.

Clean & small cute hotel with excellent breakfast
Pros:

The view is worth of your money! Excellent breakfast with fresh waffles (my favorite part) and friendly staff.

Located near bus stops: go to centrum in 10minutes or go up to hill for more views! We got a free ticket to public transport which was a very nice extra.

Quiet location & clean rooms. Air conditioning worked perfectly!

Cons:

Room and especially bathroom are bit outdated but this didn’t affect to our stay or satisfaction.

Das Außengerät der Klimaanlage stand auf unserem Balkon. Die Lautstärke des Ventilators, das Kondenswasser auf dem Balkon sowie der warme Luftstrom, haben nicht zum Komfort beigetragen.

Cons:

This is a very nice hotel, situated up the hill from the shops and restaurants. They provided us with a city pass so we could take a bus up and down the hill if we wanted. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious.
