Man fühlt sich wie zuhause
Pros:

Alles super. Wir waren schon das 2. Mal da.
Positiv:
- Hunde sind willkommen
- unkompliziertes mieten von Stand up paddle
- sauber
- sehr freundliches und hilfbereites Personal

Cons:

Es gibt keine eigenen Hotelparkplätze, jedoch genug Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Vom Hotel kriegt man gratis noch ÖV Tickets und sie registrieren das Nummernschild, sodass man auf den öffentlichen Parkplätzen keine Busse bekommt - also daher auch wieder alles positiv :-)

Wonderful stay
Pros:

We were made to feel really welcome, our room was ready even though we arrived early.
Staff were polite and friendly
The food including breakfast was good.
We were in a good location, very well priced for the area.

Cons:

No direct on site parking, but it was facilitated just across the road from the hotel and in a good place.

Leider waren wir nur auf der Durchreise. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt wûrde ich das Hotel wieder buchen

Aufgrund der Sauberkeit und der abgelegenen Lage nicht empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Das angegliederte Restaurant war gut. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

War ziemlich weit von Lugano weg. Im Badezimmer hatte es Schimmel. Generell renovationsbedürftig.

Beautiful Lugano, friendly people, Swiss transport efficiency!
Pros:

Lovely location overlooking the lake, easy access using the number 2 bus in and out of the main city. Manager Carolina was really helpful, lots of suggestions for things to do, recommend the walk along the lake to the nearby fishing village of Gandria.

Cons:

Mattress was a little hard but that’s just a preference

Great location and beautiful hotel. Super friendly and helpful staff. There is no elevator (don't pack too much 😂) Quiet and comfy.

Sehr empfehlenswert für kurze Aufenthalte.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war recht groß und gut ausgestattet, inklusive Klimaanlage, Balkon. Das Frühstück war sehr ansprechend.

Cons:

Leider hatte unser Zimmer keinen Blick auf den See. Zimmer in höheren Stockwerken haben Seeblick.
