Es hat mir eigentlich umwerfend gefallen
Alles war zum Wohlfühlen

Cons:

Leider gab es in der 2.Nacht eine ziemliche Laute Geräuschbelästigung über 2h und dann auch wieder am Morgen. Ich habe es dem Personal gesagt, war nicht bekannt. Das war auch lokal in meinem Zimmer andere Gäste hatten sich nicht beklagt. Ich hoffe das bekommt man in den Griff, weil es wirklich sehr schön da war und ich gerne wiederkäme

Ubicación icónica con un personal encantador
Pros:

El personal es majísimo, además contestan todas tus dudas antes de llegar, atienden rápido y siempre con una sonrisa. Te hacen sentir como en casa ☺️

También me encantó el desayuno. Quizás no tiene miles de cosas, pero es encantador desayunar fresquito en la terraza. Es todo lo que necesito para un desayuno de 10.

Me gustó mucho que, aunque está lejos del centro, se puede ir andando y hay muchos autobuses también. Uno conecta directamente el hotel y la estación de tren. Al llegar, te dan el Ticino ticket que permite coger buses gratis durante toda la estancia y descuentos en atracciones adicionales.

Cons:

Quizás eché en falta aire acondicionado. Es verdad que tienen ventiladores de techo, pero me pilló una ola de calor en mayo y era un pelín sufrido... Quizás estaría bien que pensaran en instalarlo, porque es posible que haya más olas de calor en un futuro.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt mit gutem Frühstück und freundlichem Service.
Pros:

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung. Das Zimmer war eher klein, jedoch sauber und zweckmässig. Das Frühstück war lecker und vielfältig.

Cons:

Beim Abendessen waren wir hingegen nicht ganz zufrieden, insbesondere die Teigwaren waren leider sehr trocken. Das Personal war freundlich und der Service insgesamt gut.
