Le Logemen était t au RDC on entend les enfants jouer on ne pas ouvrir la fenêtre car il y a du passage ...


Le propriétaire ne voulait pas me communiquer l'adresse alors que je lui avait demandé 2 h avant le check in et que j'avais de route pour y aller. J'ai fini par la trouver sur Booking. Il voulait me communiquer les instructions uniquement à l'heure du check in .

Pour finir la veille de mon départ on s'est arrangé avec le propriétaire pour payer le lendemain a 7h du matin. A 6h20 une dame faisait que de taper à ma porte violement !!!! Elle n'arrêtait pas de tape, le temps de me lever elle a du taper 5 fois !!!! Au moment de payer ma banque pour des raisons de sécurité m'indique qu'il faut que j'insère ma carte et que je mette mon code de sécurité j'explique a la standardiste TRES DÉSAGRÉABLE ET LIMITE AGRESSIVE me dit que si ça marche pas c'est que j'ai pas 'd'argent j'ai due lui montrer mon compte !!!! Et j'ai du courrir pour aller retirer l'argent car je devais partir a l'aéroport !!!!

Au vu du prix et du service FUYEZ ne réservez pas ! Y'a des meilleurs autour !!

Pros:

Very clean rooms, good air conditioning, a safe location, and helpful staff through WhatsApp communications.

Cons:

Unavailability of safe box. The residence was difficult to find, and I suggested to the host creation of a short directions video and share it with guests via WhatsApp. The property is located within a gated compound that restricts car entrance. Although the facilities were good, I cannot recommend this property because the hot water issue affected all our rooms and was not resolved despite being reported from the first day.

Pros:

минималистичный стиль. спокойные цвета. нет захламления.
есть холодильник, микроволновка, кондиционер.
видимо из-за звукоизоляции, было тихо.
шампунь не одноразовые пакетики, а дозатор.
менеджер была на связи, отвечали быстро.

Cons:

требуется мелкий ремонт и генеральная уборка.
что-то на шторе прилипло, когда задергиваешь видно. розетка выдернута из стены.
утюг протекает.
на стульях какие то пятна. может их чем-то накрывать и стирать чехлы.
чайник не выключается сам, нужно предупреждать об этом. носик чайника погнут.
дозатор для мыла сломанный. дозатор для шампуня плохо работает.
не было сухих салфеток. если что-то прольешь то и вытереть не чем.

такси не пропускают за шлагбаум, учитывайте это если вам важно доезжать до двери.

Можете смело бронировать данные апартаменты! Внутри все очень чисто, вся мебель новая, есть базовые вещи для готовки, лёгкая коммуникация с хозяином квартиры.

Нет никаких проблем с заселением, оно происходит бесконтактно, что очень удобно если прилетаете поздно!

Локация тоже удачная, а из окна кстати немного видны горы))

Pros:

Отличный вариант за свою цену. Расположение неподалеку от вокзала, что нам стало плюсом. Апартаменты на территории нового жк, вокруг все опрятно. Постель чистая, подушка удобная. Да,матрас состоит из двух частей, нам проблемы в этом не увиделось, как многие тут написали.
Владелец на просьбу о позднем выселении пошел на встречу, без доп оплаты, что очень приятно. Да и в целом на во всем помог и был отзывчив. Благодарим.

Pros:

L'appartement était très propre et confortable, c'était parfait. Il était proche de la gare, et nous avons pu facilement trouver grâce à toutes les indications de l'établissement qui nous répondait très vite.

Pros:

Нам очень понравилась квартира, в которой мы отдыхали. Всё чисто, свежо и очень уютно, чувствуется забота о комфорте гостей. В квартире есть всё самое необходимое для проживания. Рядом находятся магазины, остановка, метро, а также места, где можно вкусно позавтракать — это делает отдых ещё более удобным и приятным. С удовольствием вернёмся сюда ещё раз. Однозначно рекомендую всем!
