Quiet chill

Cons:

Rooms had no TV not what the pics said n if didn't like it they would refund ur money thats what the Mgr said but clearly on the post it says NO REFUNDABLE....nice threat checking in...I was displeased at 10pm checking in ...n im get my money back yea right I would of been left in the street....guest were nice ....real strict ....

The location was good. The house was clean. It was quiet.

GREAT GREAT GREAT PALACE
Pros:

This place is the best place I've stayed in in years and I travel all the time. Anytime I come to Tampa.This will be the place I stay. Very nice , very professional , great location , fabulous manager.
Real clean.

Cons:

The fitted sheet on the bed kept coming undone.
I would wake up in the middle of the sheet in the four corners , where off the corners.
Other than that, it's perfect.I would give my stay.

Perfect place to stay. It’s peaceful you can work staying in the room.
Pros:

The location is perfect. It’s super clean and no disturbance. Alissa is a great!

Cons:

Just the flies outside on the patio. But Alissa makes sure to take care of it everyday.
