The highlight of this stay was undoubtedly the staff. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring, creating a warm atmosphere that reflects the famous Georgian hospitality. Their kindness and professionalism made us feel truly valued as guests. This was by far the brightest part of the experience and the main reason we would gladly consider returning whenever we are passing through Tsinandali again.
There was nothing we particularly disliked, but it is worth noting that future guests should not expect the facilities and level of comfort of a luxury four- or five-star hotel. The property is a charming, welcoming guesthouse-style hotel with a beautiful garden and a wonderful team that genuinely cares about its guests.
The rooms and facilities are not brand new, but they are maintained to a satisfactory standard and were clean and comfortable for our stay. One point to be aware of is that the walls and doors are quite thin, so noise from neighboring rooms can be noticeable. Unfortunately, some guests next to us were rather loud, and the limited sound insulation did not help.
That said, we booked the property with the right expectations and were not disappointed. The warm atmosphere and exceptional hospitality more than made up for these minor inconveniences.

Die Lage ist perfekt für den Besuch am Zinandali Musikfestival. Hotel befindet sich in schönem, sehr ruhigem Viertel. Sehr freundliches Personal und gutes, einfaches Essen.
Die Beleuchtung im Zimmer könnte besser sein.

Beautiful location, in the middle of the village. Able to feel the spirit of Kakheti. Interesting design, friendly staff.
Rooms could have been more comfortable.
The location was fine, the breakfast was decent, staff were friendly.
Wrong check in time, wrong room assigned to us when we checked in, not the one which we booked, the payment system was not working and I had to transfer money via bank account and they were not accommodating the problems with that.

На территории бассейн, столы, на которых мы пили и ели свое принесенное.
Нам предложили поставить музыку через колонки, мы поиграли на местной гитаре, накидались, да пошли спать, рекомендую:)
Названия отеля нигде не увидели, указателей тоже, пришлось ковыряться по навигатору, но Яндекс дал точное гео.
