Personalul de la recepție foarte primitor și prietenos. Imediat cum ne-am cazat ne-a oferit și câteva sugestii de localuri în care am mâncat bine și la un preț foarte bun.
Locație foarte bună, fiind amplasat cam la 10 minute de mers pe jos de turn. De asemenea, distanța până la gară ok, din punctul nostru de vedere, așadar am putut merge pe jos oriunde am avut nevoie.
Camera curată, cu aer condiționat și balcon specific zonei. Au pus la dispoziție și un fierbător de apă cu câteva plicuri de cafea sau ceai.

Cons:

Singurul minus: cabina de duș nu era dotată cu pară de duș, ci doar cu un capăt fix în perete.

Pros:

Its location - literally 6 minutes to Pisa Tower! The rooms are very clean, have everything you need. Comfortable beds & a hot shower. For a city break in a 2 star hotel - it provides exactly what you need.
Emanuela’s service and help was exceptionally outstanding! Emanuela communicated with us prior to our arrival and throughout - was very informative about the hotel and surrounding areas. Restaurant recommendations made where we should eat. Thank you - 5 stars!

Parking cost is reasonable considering central location and is very convenient to access the hotel to unload luggage and sightseeing.

Access is 24 hours as there is a side entrance to access the hotel after 20h30, when the reception is unstaffed.

Cons:

Nothing - it’s provides exactly what you need for a Central location to explore Pisa and all its incredible attractions and sites.

Het was schoon en je kon je koffers kwijt na het uitchecken

Cons:

Bij inchecken was het personeel heel vriendelijk, maar bij het uitchecken hingen ze aan de telefoon en kon er niet even doorgegeven worden dat de airco het niet deed. Ook was er 's avonds niemand meer in het hotel om aan te geven dat de airco het niet deed.

A great little find
Pros:

Really good location close to Leaning Tower. Lots of bars, restaurants in the area.
Staff tremendously helpful and accommodating.
Room clean and spacious. Comfy beds. Decent shower.
Don't go expecting 5* luxury but a great find of a hotel for what it costs you

Cons:

No batteries in aircon. Outside area is noisy but it is busy so what do you expect?

La ubicacion muy buena

Cons:

Tremendo , nos tocó el 3er piso por escalera, despues de haber caminado horas y horas. En el cuarto habia pava electrica , café , te pero no tenia ni cucharita nada.

Clean, nice hotel. Just a few minutes of walk from the tower of Pisa.There is a nice Indian restaurant right next door.

Cons:

The reception staff checked us in and left. It is unmanned in general. But it was not a problem. Someone claiming to be staff insisted on getting our copies of passports the day before, which, of course, we did not oblige.

Top Lage, sauberes Zimmer und freundliches Personal
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, nur ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof entfernt und ca 5 Minuten von dem Schiefen Turm. In der Nähe kann man auch Restaurants und Supermärkte finden. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Wir konnten unsere Sachen vor Check-in lassen und uns sogar schneller einchecken als geplant. Kommunikation lief schnell und einwandfrei. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gemütlich, es wurde jeden Tag geputzt.

Cons:

Die Wände sind ziemlich hellhörig und am Wochenende war es bis spät in der Nacht ganz laut. Draußen war es auch laut bis ca. 2 Uhr in der Nacht. In der Nacht auf Montag war es aber nicht der Fall, nur am Wochenende.
