Pros:

The area was lovely. We stayed 2 nights which was enough to see the surrounding area. Receptionist above & beyond and was very knowledgeable. We had an early train to catch and they left us a breakfast to take with us.

Hotel an guter, zentraler Lage. Ich habe mich wohlgefühlt. Alles da, was man braucht. Frühstück für italienische Verhältnisse super. Charmante Gastgeberin.

Single bed room next to the lift, which is very loud, also some kind of pump in the walls making a noise. Earplugs necessary.
