Après 24 d'une négociation difficile, suite a l'absence de disponibilité de la piscine, ils ont accepté l'annulation gratuite.

Suite a l'absence de disponibilité de la piscine, expliquée par message, une fois la réservation et le payement en ligne effectué, nous avons essayé d'annuler notre réservation (on voyage avec un jeune enfant, la piscine et ombre aux heures les plus chaudes de cette phase caniculaire faisait partie de nos critères prioritaires). La personne que nous avons eu par message était très peu conciliante, voir provocante, il a fallu l'intervention d'un supérieur le lendemain pour trouver une solution positive. Dommage, le lieu a l'air très bien.

Nice location on the lagoon, comfortable room, great value.
Pros:

Location on the lagoon was really good. No issue for us being a little out from town as we had a car. Having the access to kayaks was also great which we made use of. It was a bit tricky getting them into the water but just needed to be careful. The room was a good size and fitted the price. The property is well signposted on the road and we went into town for a look before checking in so this made the turning in to the drive easy. It would need a little care if coming from the other direction but not dramatically so. We would happily stay here again. Also highly recommend cafe Tito near the fort for food and excellent service.

Cons:

WiFi was poor.

Gut, aber die andere Unterkunft in Bacalar hat uns besser gefallen.
Pros:

Wir hatten einen Mietwagen und die Unterkunft ist nicht ganz leicht zu finden, da sie auf einem Highway (100 km/h) auf einen Feldweg abbiegen müssen. Die Unterkunft ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und man muss vorher einen Deposit/Kaution entrichten. Das fanden wir eher ungewöhnlich. Der Strandabschnitt ist auch nicht so schön, wie im südlichen Teil von Bacalar. Insgesamt haben wir uns wohl gefühlt, aber wenn wir nochmals kommen sollten, würden wir uns wieder Richtung Süden von Bacalar orientieren. Dort hat es uns einfach noch besser gefallen.

La cuisine partagée
La chambre spacieuse
L'accueil autonome mais l'accompagnement de l'hôte.
L'ambiance lumineuse le soir
La mise a disposition de kayaks gracieusement

Cons:

La cuisine n'était pas accessible de 12h à 14h et manquait de propreté, d'ustensiles et de chaises pour tous les clients.
L'ensemble manque d'entretien c'est dommage.
3 nuits et aucun ménage, j'aurais apprécié au moins les poubelles vidées car rien ne se jette dans les toilettes dans le pays.

Le site est magnifique avec son accès privé à un ponton réservant des levers de soleil exceptionnels. Paddle et kayak à disposition pour de belles navigations sur la lagune. Les chambres sont très spacieuses. Le patio pour la cuisine bien équipé

It misses a light sign to enter the street of the property. The latter street , would be better slightly restored to enter at higher speed. As it is easy to miss and can be dangerous due to the conditions

Pros:

Très jolie chambre avec une vue magnifique. Le personnel est gentil. La villa est très jolie et confortable. On peut faire à manger sur place. On peut utiliser des kayaks pour explorer la lagune (on nous a offert 2 kayaks à notre arrivée, on était 3). J’ai adoré mon séjour dans la Villa Mandarina. Je recommande l’établissement les yeux fermées

El alojamiento esta muy bien, tiene estacionamiento, es amplio, tiene un pequeño muelle para acceder a la laguna, tiene alberca, cocina en común, la verdad está muy bien distribuido de espacios. Tiene aire acondicionado.

Cons:

Te piden extra un depósito de seguridad, al inicio incomoda, pero te lo regresan al momento das aviso que dejaste la habitación.
Tampoco me gustó que no hacen la limpieza todos los días, de hecho no limpian desde que ingresas hasta que dejas la habitación.
Sería como un self service.
