Pros:

The staff took such fantastic care of us during our visit! The Tipsy Stag staff and the reception team were extremely kind and caring to us, allowing us to hang out all day while it rained outside and letting our son with a broken foot roam around the property freely with his crutches and help keep the fire going. The food and drinks were amazing. Thank you so very much!

Cons:

The facilities at their sister hotel, including notably the swimming pool need refurbishing but it just made our teenage daughter even happier to get back "home" to the Dunalaistar Hotel Suites again.

Loved where we stayed but the poor spa facilities were disappointing since this was a key reason for booking.
Pros:

This is high quality accommodation, with large well-appointed rooms, lovely dining and public areas, and service from all staff was exceptional.

Cons:

The pool/spa is in a different hotel complex and needs considerable upgrading. The pool area is tired and all areas suffer from excessive dampness (even inside changing room lockers).

Exceptional stay in a beautiful hotel with wonderful staff.
Pros:

Facilities in the room for making drinks was super and unexpected. The rooms were cleaned and bed made every day. The head waiter was exceptional and very professional at all times. Great choice of vegetarian food too.

Cons:

Perhaps bar snacks to be served for a longer period.

This hotel provides excellent service and great attention to detail
Pros:

We thought we had booked a room with two single beds. However, when we checked in, we realised we had mistakenly booked a room with a queen bed.

The hotel was fully booked, but the manager spoke with us and said he would do everything he could to arrange two single beds. He apologised for the inconvenience, even though the mistake was entirely ours, and offered us drinks from the bar while we waited.

This was exceptional customer service and really made a difference to our stay. We were extremely impressed with how they handled the situation and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone.
