Pros:

This is my third stay here (and the first since it was renamed Cahaya Villa). The place is exceptionally comfortable—you don't even need air conditioning or a fan because the surrounding environment is so cool, especially out on the balcony. Parking is effortless, and it is conveniently located near various amenities.

Cons:

Language Barrier: There was a bit of a language barrier as I am not fluent in English, and the staff struggled to understand Malay. Having Malay-speaking staff at the counter would greatly improve communication.

​Booking & Room Flexibility: Booking.com forced me to book 2 separate rooms for 2 adults and 2 young daughter, which wasn't practical for our family. However, I really appreciated the villa’s flexibility—they allowed an extra guest charge of RM 30/person and provided extra pillows and blankets so we could all stay together comfortably

Cons:

Absolutely horrible experience. Rooms are very mouldy and stinky. There’s no ventilation, humidity stays in the room making towels and clothes stinky. Entire room smells like dirty socks. Green mould in the shower is particularly gross, the tiles are coming off and very rundown. Shower door is broken, sink tap is falling apart. Toilet is extremely inconvenient to access because of how small the bathroom is. Not recommended at all.

Le lieu est magnifique, la chambre est très jolie. La literie est super, draps très propres.

Cons:

C'était très bruyant. Entre les arrivées tardives des autres résidents, les voitures, les aboiements de chiens, on a eu du mal à dormir.

Cons:

Al llegar no había nadie en la recepción y no respondían al teléfono. Les escribimos previamente para reservar una excursión y no respondieron. La wifi no funcionaba. La habitación era exageradamente húmeda y hacía frio. Pedimos un calefactor peró nos dieron una manta extra, con lo que la humedad seguía igual. Para colmo el baño perdía agua y estaba permanentemente mojado. Nos hicieron pagar una reserva de 100RM por la llave de la habitación sin aviso prévio, tampoco salía en Booking esa opción

1 personeelslid dat geen Engels kan en waarvoor je de halve accommodatie moet afroepen voordat die naar de receptie komt.
Kamer wordt niet schoongemaakt tussendoor en je moet zelf vragen om nieuw water of toiletpapier.
