Nagyon pihentető nyaralás volt.
Pros:

Szerencsénk volt márciuis közepén, mert kevesen voltak, az idő viszont nagyon jó volt. Nem volt még szezon, a környező boltok, üzletek, éttermek mind zárva voltak. A hotelben volt minden, a reggeli mesés, a személyzet rendkívül kedves, segítőkész. Minden nap megcsinálták a medence körüli részt, mintha fö szezon lenne. Szezonban biztos nagy a nyüzsgés. Biztos, hogy vissza fogunk térni, megint szezonon kívül.

Cons:

Ideales Designhotel in perfekter Lage zwischen Palma und Port Andratx.
Pros:

Sehr schönes, cooles Hotel, geschmackvoll und stylisch eingerichtet. Direkte Strandlage, eigene Parkplätze, DJ am Wochenende. Zimmer mit Meerblick bieten einen fantastischen Blick auf‘s Meer. Super Frühstück, mit allem, was das Herz begehrt! 😍

Wunderbares Hotel mit tollem Service und Möglichkeiten um ein paar Tage Wärme zu tanken!
Pros:

Frühstück: Hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet in angenehmer Atmosphäre. Wir hatten das Glück von einer äusserst freundlichen Damen betreut zu werden, die uns vegane Köstlichkeiten anbot und auf den Tisch zauberte. Aber auch unabhängig davon gibt es beim Buffet viele, genussvolle Optionen. Einzig vegane Gebäck gibt es nebst Brot keine. Tipp: Das Personal hinter dem Buffet gibt einem auf Fragen auch Kokosmilchjoghurt von Alpro und ebenso kann man Capuccini mit Hafermilch bestellen.
Zimmer: Wir hatten das Pech, dass das Fenster/Tür im Zimmer in der Ecke nicht richtig zu ging, sprich am kommenden Tag ein Facility Manager dies reparieren musste. Positiv zu erwähnen ist hier bei, dass sich die Mitarbeitenden am Empfang sofort darum gekümmert und es so erledigt haben, dass es uns in unserem Aufenthalt überhaupt nicht einschränkte.
Gym: Tolles Gym mit vielen Möglichkeiten sich fit zu halten, nebst den hoteleigenen Angeboten, die ich nächstes Mal bestimmt nutzen werde.
Lage: Sei es für Ausflüge/Nachtessen nach/in Palma oder sonst wo auf der Insel sehr gut gelegen. Aber auch direkt vor der Tür ein sehr angenehmer und hervorragend gepflegter Sandstrand mit sympathisch durchmischtem Publikum.
Veganer: Abendessen im Hotel ist für einmal OK, aber ausser Beilagen, die zwar sehr gut sind, gibt es nichts.

Cons:

Im Frühstücksraum ist es sehr "luftig" bis kalt (Anfang Mai), Türen werden aber auf Wunsch geschlossen, was aber nicht allen Gästen gefallen mag.
Zimmer: insgesamt eher kühl, Heizsystem gibt es keines, wir haben die Klimaanlage komplett ausgeschaltet
Parkplatzpreise beim Hotel sind komplett überrissen: Es wird empfohlen auf einem Parkplatz in kurzer Entfernung gratis zu parkieren, was wir schliesslich gemacht haben und auch völlig unproblematisch war - bis auf das wir bei der Rückgabe des Mietfahrzeuges feststellen mussten, dass da versucht wurde in das Auto einzubrechen, obwohl wir nie etwas im Auto zurückliessen.

Best stays away in a long time
Pros:

Breakfast was peaceful and relaxed - the range of food was awesome! Pool bar and food was brilliant, I couldn't fault the service! We had a suite facing the sea, the views stunning - we will be back.

Cons:

Not a lot was wrong, check in took half hour which is longer than I'm used to, it's my only complaint !

Netter Aufenthalt 🌴🌴
Pros:

Sehr modernes Hotel mit einer kleinen Boutique und einem Barista in der Lobby. Wie auch schon von anderen erwähnt, Frühstück hervorragend, genau nach unserem Geschmack. Direkt am Strand und generell sehr zentral gelegen. Es läuft den ganzen Tag Musik, Ibiza-Vibes. Ausreichend Parkplätze in der Umgebung.

Alles in allem netter Aufenthalt, wir würden uns aber nächste Mal für ein anderes Hotel in einer anderen Gegend entscheiden, mit mehr spanischen Flair.

Cons:

Keine Rezeption, Mitarbeiter laufen den ganzen Tag am Eingang herum, fraglich was das soll?!
Viele Pubs und Restaurants die den Eindruck von Imbissen machen, hat uns nicht sehr gut gefallen, genauso die vielen kleinen Länden in denen das gleiche verkauft wird. Für so ein hochpreisiges Hotel auch noch Parkgebühren zu verlangen ist nicht okay! Generell sehr hohe Preise an der Bar/Hoteleigenem Restaurant.

Lautstärke / Bass der Musik/Dauerbeschallung in der Pool-Area & Freisitze im Essbereich (von 11am bis 11pm), wenn man direkt darüber sein Zimmer hat !

Great hotel. The location is, what it is. Despite the check-in experience, all good.

Cons:

What is VERY strange is the concept that it is mandatory that one has to do the check-in by themselves on the phone. While the employees relax, smile at you and tell you that it is more comfortable this way, after a a long journey, I have to search and type in all passport data, address data etc. of all guests - and the "reception" staff sits there and waits. I asked several times if they could do it, but it was declined - "it is more comfortable for you" was the answer - but I could not enjoy the offered welcome drink, because I had to search for and insert data. I am travelling a lot and I see a lot of hotels, but this "approach/behavior" was totally new and off-putting to me. - - - Everything else was great ;-)
