Персонал просто чудесный. Отдельная благодарность Fu dong xu. Очень крутой молодой человек. Хорошо говорил на английском и помогал заказывать еду привычную нам.
Завтрак немного скудный. В основном все из китайской кухни. Для нас мало выбора.
Отличный отель! Номер был чистый, просторный и комфортный, уборка проводилась каждый день. Персонал очень доброжелательный и всегда готов помочь. Заселение прошло быстро, а расположение оказалось очень удобным для посещения достопримечательностей.
Завтраки разнообразные и вкусные, есть хороший выбор блюд. Соотношение цены и качества полностью оправдало ожидания.
Рядом с ресепшеном вход в кафе, где можно поесть европейской еды по хорошим ценам (паста, пицца, стейк). Рекомендую!
Location is nice to explore Zhangjiajie National Park. Rooms are beautiful and spacious. Breakfast is available and offers good food. The best part for me was the staff, super friendly and helpful ! Thank you so much

Our stay was a 10/10. After traveling through several cities in China, we can honestly say this was the hotel where we received the best service.
We would especially like to thank **Fu Dong Xu**. From the moment we arrived, he took great care of us. He helped us plan our visit to Zhangjiajie, recommended the best places to see, made restaurant reservations for us, and was always happy to help with anything we needed. It's rare to meet someone who is so dedicated to their job and genuinely cares about their guests.
The room was beautiful, spacious, spotlessly clean, and had amazing views of the mountains and the river. The bed was also very comfortable, so we slept really well.
We also really enjoyed the breakfast. It was a buffet with a great selection of both local and Western food, so there was plenty to choose from every morning.
Everyone at the hotel was very kind, but Fu Dong Xu's hospitality made our stay truly unforgettable. Thank you so much for everything. If we ever return to Zhangjiajie, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
Loved the room. Beds were comfortable, decor was simple yet classy, and loved their shower. Breakfast has a good variety. And they offer free shuttle service to and from the East gate. Just let the front desk know when you need the shuttle and they'll arrange for you.
There's almost nothing around the hotel as it is actually a part of a high end residential area. If you like the quiet, it's good. But if you're hoping for some form of nightlife or looking for restaurants, you'll need to call a taxi

Unica pecca: la sala colazione non è all’altezza del resto della struttura. L’ambiente risulta in contrasto con lo stile dell’hotel e ricorda più un ristorante che uno spazio dedicato alla colazione.
La atención del personal fue impecable. La habitación estaba totalmente equipada y tanto la cama como las almohadas eran muy cómodas. El restaurante del hotel dispone de carta con comida occidental, aunque el menú es reducido, se come bien. El desayuno es muy completo y variado. El servicio de traslado gratuito hasta la entrada este del parque nos facilitó mucho las cosas. Como nos hospedamos más de 3 noches, también nos ofrecieron traslado gratuito hasta la estación de tren. Tienen Wechat y puedes comunicarte en todo momento si necesitas cualquier cosa. Puedes comprar las entradas en la recepción y además te explican todo detalladamente. Tienen lavandería selfservice gratuita y fácil de usar. En general nos gustó mucho todo a excepción del gimnasio, que está en muy malas condiciones.
El gimnasio tenía muchas humedades, estaba muy sucio. No funcionaban los ventiladores. Estaba lleno de insectos. Solo tiene dos mancuernas de 5kg y de 2kg y encima están rotas. Las cintas de correr no funcionaban bien. En general nos decepcionó mucho teniendo en cuenta que el resto del hotel está muy bien.
Para la piscina te obligan a utilizar gorro de natación, aunque no te vayas a sumergir, y te obligan a comprarlo si no lo llevas.

My family and I had a wonderful stay—the rooms were spacious, clean, and modern, making them very comfortable after long days of sightseeing. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of both Chinese and Western options, which everyone in our family enjoyed.
The hotel also has a swimming pool and gym. While the gym looked like it hadn't been used or maintained regularly, it didn't take away from our overall experience.
What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. They were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our trip seamless. They assisted us in booking tickets for attractions such as Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, Tianmen Mountain, the Charming Xiangxi, and Huanglong Cave. They also arranged our transfers between Zhangjiajie City, Wulingyuan, and the hotel, making everything hassle-free.
We truly loved our stay and especially appreciated the warmth and dedication of the staff. Kudos to the entire team for making our family trip so memorable—we would gladly stay here again!
The only downside for us was the location. The hotel is a bit isolated, and the nearest restaurants and convenience stores are about a 30-minute walk away. It was quite tiring whenever we wanted to grab a quick snack or eat somewhere else and had to walk all the way back to the hotel.
Gute Ausgangslage zum Nationalpark Zhangjiajie Forest Park mit kostenlosen Shuttleservice und kostenloser Abholung- oder Bringservice zum Flughafen bei mehr als zwei Übernachtungen. Die anderen Nationalparks (Tianmen und Grand Canyon) sind ca. 40-50 Min. mit dem Didi entfernt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da die Übersichtskarten von den Nationalparks nicht sehr gut gemacht sind (sehr unübersichtlich, nicht genordert!), ist es auf jeden Fall lohnenswert sich im Hotel über die einzelnen, möglichen Aktivitäten und vor allen Dauer beraten zu lassen. Da wir Anfang Juni in der Woche (MO-FR) und keine chin. Ferien waren, hatten in allen Nationalparks keine! längeren Wartezeiten, obwohl wir das Hotel i.d.R. erst gegen 9:00-10:00 Uhr verlassen haben.
Das Frühstück ist auch für europäische Geschmäcker ausreichend ausgestattet. Wir haben bei schönen Wetter den großen Pool nach den Ausflügen sehr genossen. Die benötigte Badekappe kann man vor Ort beim Bademeister für kleines Geld auch kaufen.
Wir hätten uns, in Anbetracht dass das ganze Hotel (Lobby, Zimmer) sehr!!! ansprechend innenarchitektonisch gestaltet sind, auch mehr Atmosphäre für den Frühstücksraum gewünscht.

Отель хороший. Номера огромные, все чисто. Персоналу отдельное спасибо, всегда мне помогали по вичату, заранее распланировали вместе со мной поездку, купили все билеты, помогали заказать трансферы на туристические места. Воспоминания самые приятные! Завтрак нормальный, можно там пообедать в ресторане, рядом город, где есть много ресторанов.
