The rooms are amazing.
The hotel is in a prime location. The rooms exceeded our expectations based on the photos, and the customer service was faultless. Everyone was wonderful, especially Tintim, who treated us with exceptional kindness.

Hotel maravilhoso!! Quarto excelente, café da manhã farto e bem gostoso e atendimento excelente, principalmente Dong Xu Fu! Muito prestativo, nos ajudou com tudo, reservas, até com a reserva do locking de um parque. Super indico!
Clean, spacious and modern room/hotel in a nice location and with great amenities/food. The best part was the staff who were extremely friendly and helpful for planning itineraries, organising taxis, transfers and shuttle to the national park as well as resolving any general queries. Would highly recommend!

Buena ubicación y personal excelente
The hotel is a nice hotel. The staff are friendly, especially the team who work in the coffee / bar area. The Chinese food is good and the rooms are lovely. But it is not a 5* hotel, the booking.com 5* rating is unfair for the hotel because you arrive with very high standards that aren’t met. The western breakfast was average, the pool is public and soon to be shared with an 100 flat complex that’s being built, which means wearing a swimming cap is mandatory, the Chinese restaurant is dated and old (but you can have dinner in the bar area in the hotel which is nice). The photos also make the hotel look remote, in the mountains, which isn’t the case. It’s on a busy main road and flat complexes and construction all around it, the pool literally sits in the middle of all the flats and the sun-beds are so mouldy. Definitely lower your expectations if you are expecting 5* service, but that being said, it is still a nice hotel, with friendly staff and lovely extras like the free shuttle service to the gate.
The staff was super friendly and always at our service. They did everything in their power to make our stay more than great. Everything they have to offer is of great quality and super clean.
The owner of the resort is also very nice and gives personal attention to her guests, something we have a lot of respect for.
There was nothing that we did not like. Everything was spot on and above our expectations. We would go there again.
Beds were amazing. Rooms had really great amenities. Staff were all increíble. Restaurant was great. Would not change one thing.
