Pros:

Rooms were amazingly clean and staff was very attentive and helpful! The view of Mt Fuji was also amazing! Room was spacious and beds very comfy.

Wunderschöner Blick auf den Berg Fuji
Pros:

Beim Buchen war ich ein wenig skeptisch, was das für eine Apartment-Anlage ist. Angekommen, waren wir begeistert, die beste Unterkunft in drei Monaten Japan. Zudem wunderschöner Blick auf den Fujisan.

Pros:

Great stay and good for families. Great amenities and food/drinks provided. Views were amazing. Convenience stores a bit of a walk but that’s okay. We really enjoyed our stay!

Nice, peaceful and well located
Pros:

Nice little chalet-style villas on the edge of the village. View from the rooftop was absolutely stunning. My Fuji is only visible 80 days a year, so think carefully before you plan this trip!

Team are really friendly and helpful

Its walkable to the high street and to the lake. Beds were really comfortable but are separated singles, not a double.

Cons:

Strange smell in the chalet, like being in a butcher. Chalets felt a bit bare and basic but the price is v affordable so I shouldbnt complain! You have to book your breakfast and the time you want it for each day on arrival and that can feel like a bit of an ambush :)

Great location, rooftop design is perfect to view the Fuji. Great team and value for money

Experiencia extraordinaria!! Un 10 en todos los sentidos!!
Pros:

Genial! Unas vistas impresionantes del monte Fuji te esperan si no lo tapan las nubes.
Nosotros tuvimos mucha suerte y lo vimos los dos días que estuvimos allí.
Amenities maravillosos, muchos detalles de lujo.
En recepción hay incluso para coger sales de baño de todo tipo, palomitas variadas, cafés, etc.
Te llevan el desayuno a la casa y tienen servicio de traslado a la estación incluido.
El personal es muy atento y amable.
Teníamos un proyector para ver pelis como en el cine.
Maravilloso todo!!

Pros:

Perfect view of Mount Fuji in most of the rooms in our Villa even the room with 2 bath tubs. We had a bbq on our last night. The place is beautiful. The staff is very accomodating. We want to go back and stay longer next time.

Cons:

It's uphill so I think they should provide a golf cart to go up to the Villa. But if you have your own car they have parking for your car.

Memorable family stay in a considered and spacious villa.
Pros:

The property was gorgeously situated along the edge of a forest. It was quiet and quite lovely. We stayed in a 3x bedroom villa, which was a great size for our family (3x adults 2x children). We loved the baths and the bath salts.

On arrival, we had a chiffon cake of Mount Fuji waiting for us, which was lovely. Fridge was filled with water, beer (for adults) and apple juice (for kids). It felt like being welcomed home.

Cons:

Unfortunately, it was rainy during our stay - so Mount Fuji was not visible. The view was magic just the same — beautiful part of the world.

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub mit Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse mit Blick auf den Fujisan
Pros:

Der sehr schöne Blick auf den Fujisan. Zudem waren die Mitarbeiter herausragend freundlich. Unser Sohn hat eine Lebensmittelallergie und die Mitarbeiter haben sich sehr freundlich darum gekümmert, ihm ein spezielles Frühstück zusammenzustellen.

Luxury in a small city
Pros:

Very comfort room, great service, the shuttle bus helps, but it is not a must have as it is close to the station. The highest point is the view to Mt. Fuji from all apartment windows including the bathtub in the second floor.

Cons:

I would prefer a queen size bed instead of two separated single beds, I did not notice it was the only option when I booked.
