Money well spent!
Pros:

The location is amazing, the villa is gorgeous, clean and the beds are comfortable! All the amenities are amazing!!! Staffs are awesome too. Basically 5-stars from us!

Pros:

This was by far the best hotel I stayed at during my Japan and Korea trip. The hotel is incredibly modern, with impressive technology throughout and stunning views of Mt Fuji. The room was beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and equipped with outstanding amenities.

What truly made the stay special was the staff. Every team member was professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive. Their service was exceptional.

Pros:

Rooms were amazingly clean and staff was very attentive and helpful! The view of Mt Fuji was also amazing! Room was spacious and beds very comfy.

Beim Buchen war ich ein wenig skeptisch, was das für eine Apartment-Anlage ist. Angekommen, waren wir begeistert, die beste Unterkunft in drei Monaten Japan. Zudem wunderschöner Blick auf den Fujisan.

Great stay and good for families. Great amenities and food/drinks provided. Views were amazing. Convenience stores a bit of a walk but that’s okay. We really enjoyed our stay!

Nice, peaceful and well located
Pros:

Nice little chalet-style villas on the edge of the village. View from the rooftop was absolutely stunning. My Fuji is only visible 80 days a year, so think carefully before you plan this trip!

Team are really friendly and helpful

Its walkable to the high street and to the lake. Beds were really comfortable but are separated singles, not a double.

Cons:

Strange smell in the chalet, like being in a butcher. Chalets felt a bit bare and basic but the price is v affordable so I shouldbnt complain! You have to book your breakfast and the time you want it for each day on arrival and that can feel like a bit of an ambush :)

Great location, rooftop design is perfect to view the Fuji. Great team and value for money
