Ужасно безразличный к вашим проблемам персонал! Хуже никогда не встречал!
Pros:

Домики хорошие, просторные, особенно после отелей в Киото, и комфортные. Хороший вид на Фудзи. Но это все!

Cons:

Основным негативом была такая история: Мы с другом остановились в этом отеле. И на следующий день поехали к горе на станцию 5, но так как был не сезон восхождений, вся инфраструктура и транспорт работали в упрощенном режиме, и мы об этом не знали. Как итог, мы оказались на 5й станции, где ничего не работало, автобусы перестали ходить в 18:00, такси вызвать невозможно, никакого персонала на станции нет. В этой ситуации мы смогли связаться только с отелем и очень сильно просили их прислать отельную машину, вызвать такси, предлагали любые деньги за оплату поездки их машины, позвонить в полицию или службу спасения, но нам безразлично ответили, что такие услуги не оказывают и вообще, у них рабочий день заканчивается(ресепшен этого отеля работает до 21:00). Переписка длилась около часа, но кроме отписок и важности личного графика персонала ничего не услышал. В итоге, мы остались ночевать на улице на этой 5й станции, температура в середине июня была не выше 0. Испытание было крайне неприятное. В 3 часа утра приехал персонал и какие то ребята туристы встречать рассвет на Фудзи, вот на их такси нам и удалось спуститься вниз. В 4 утра мы были в отеле. Никогда я не встречал такого безразличия от сотрудников отеля, которые фактически единственные люди в незнакомом городе, которых я знаю, у которых есть все мои данные. И получается, что отель вроде симпатичный, чистый, видовой, но какие ужасные люди там работают, трудно передать словами. И на мой взгляд, хорошие люди, это намного важнее всего остального!!! Поэтому советую очень-очень хорошо подумать стоит ли останавливаться в таком месте и доверить себя таким людям. Я точно не вернусь в это место!!! Думаю, написать жалобу в букинг. На мой взгляд, это называется оставление человека в опасности
Мелочи про стучание в дверь с завтраком, хотя с вечера оставил на двери записку на английском, уже наверное не так критичны.

Have the very best view of Mt Fuji but only travellable by car.
Pros:

steep walk to our unit and must drive a dedicated car to go in and up to the property.

Cons:

the very small bottles of toilet amenities like shampoo conditioner and body soap were very minimal and bottled water is very limited

Pros:

Nous avons tout aimé dans cet hôtel. La vue époustouflante depuis la terrasse la chambre et la salle de bains. L’équipe est aux petits soins et la grillade très bonne. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Amazing option with a nice view and very kind team.
Pros:

Staff is very friendly. Watanabe san was a highlight, always very kind and helpful in explaining everything. View is amazing, when Fuji san wants to show its face. The infrastructure of the accommodation is great!

Cons:

A bit far from the city. A laundry would be of a good use. The barbecue option is only worth if used on the rooftop. If you have to exceed the hours and have to make it indoor, better go to a nice restaurant instead.

Pros:

Accueil très chaleureux. Beaucoup de petits cadeaux. Vue exceptionnelle depuis la baignoire. Le service de navette pour nous amener à la gare est très pratique. C'est très amusant de moudre son café avant de le faire infuser.

Cons:

J'aurais souhaité pouvoir un peu choisir le contenu du petit-déjeuner car c'est bizarre d'avoir un hamburger dans le menu enfant du petit-déjeuner.

Pros:

Staff were super helpful and kind. We arrived late after normal check in and they waited for us, they drove us and our bags up to our room - the Toki is a group of self contained houses. We had a house with 3 bedrooms, double bath and shower rooms, garden and balcony. Everything was very well done with thoughtful touches like face masks and coffee beans.

Our daughter was unwell while we were there and the staff helped us to book an appointment at the local hospital and to explain the situation.

Cons:

There was a steep hill from reception up to the room which was tough in the heat, but staff drove us up and down and ordered taxis to our room. The advantage of the hill was the unobstructed view of Mount Fuji as we were lucky to be there on a clear day.
