Stupendo hotel a Saranda
Pros:

Struttura super pulita sulla strada che collega Saranda a Ksamil, circa 15 minuti dal centro di Saranda ma fuori dal caos. Personale gentile, camere ampie, colazione varia ed abbondante, parcheggio riservato incluso.

Pros:

Ήταν σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο κ βγαίναμε βόλτα με τα πόδια
Το πρωινό είχε ποικιλία
Στο τέλος μας έδωσαν και μαγνητάκι, πολύ ωραια κίνηση
Πολύ φιλικό προσωπικό που μιλούσε και ελληνικά και μας εξυπηρέτησε στα πάντα!

Cons:

Ο φωτισμός στην τουαλέτα είναι πολύ σκοτεινός, οριακά βλέπαμε!
Επίσης το καπάκι στην τουαλέτα θέλει φτιάξιμο διότι δε στηρίζεται και πέφτει συνέχεια!

La ubicación.

Cons:

Escogimos el Hotel Iliria por sus buenas reseñas y ubicación pero terminó siendo una decepción.

Pagamos 162 euros por dos noches (sábado y domingo) en una habitación doble con balcón y sin vistas al mar: al llegar, la habitación era así pero su aspecto era distinto del de las fotos de la web pues estaba bastante más envejecida y no teníamos lámparas individuales en las mesitas. Pedimos una de las lamparitas, que tardaron bastante en traer, y dejamos pasar el resto.

El último día vimos unas habitaciones de las mismas características que la nuestras y estas sí que estaban en las condiciones de las imágenes publicadas en booking. Decidimos hablar con el manager y pedir que nos devolviera parte del importe por la importante diferencia entre las fotos y la habitación real. El manager se negó, ofreciendo 10 euros a cambio de no escribir una reseña en booking, llamándome ‘negative person’ al rechazarlo y alzando el tono de voz.

Pros:

Laba pieredze viesnīcā Hotel Iliria! Numuriņš bija tīrs, ērts un kārtīgs, viss nepieciešamais patīkamai atpūtai bija pieejams. Viesnīcā valdīja mierīga un patīkama atmosfēra, un personāls bija laipns un atsaucīgs.

Atrašanās vieta arī ļoti ērta, tāpēc bija viegli gan atpūsties, gan doties apskatīt apkārtni. Kopumā palikām ļoti apmierināti ar nakšņošanu un noteikti varam ieteikt Hotel Iliria arī citiem ceļotājiem.

Cons:

Brokastu galds bija ar plašu piedāvājumu ,bet nekas īsti neuzrunāja. Varbūt varēja būt siltāks ēdiens.

Kam pasur një eksperiencë shumë të mirë në Hotel Iliria në Sarandë! 🥰

Jam shumë e kënaqur me qëndrimin tim. Stafi ishte jashtëzakonisht i sjellshëm, mikpritës dhe gjithmonë i gatshëm për të ndihmuar. Na kanë bërë të ndihemi shumë mirë gjatë gjithë qëndrimit. ❤️

Mëngjesi ishte shumë i shijshëm, i freskët dhe me zgjedhje të mira. 🥐☕️ Gjithashtu, vendndodhja e hotelit është perfekte, shumë e përshtatshme për të shijuar Sarandën dhe detin.

Do të kthehesha patjetër përsëri dhe e rekomandoj Hotel Iliria me gjithë zemër! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Parece mejor de lo que es. Desayuno de muy mala calidad y atención poco profesional.
Pros:

Lo mejor que tiene es la ubicación, si tomas en cuenta que está en primera línea y a pocos minutos andando de la playa pública. Si tienes habitación en el frente, tendrás una hermosa vista de la bahía.

Cons:

Las instalaciones son justitas, en especial el baño, deja bastante que desear. Lo peor sin duda el desayuno, sobre todo en calidad, muy mediocre todo. Como muestra: el aceite de oliva, en aceiteras y rancio, en el país de los olivares! Se lo comentamos a la dependienta (que no se sorprendió ni pidió disculpas), se lo dijo a la encargada y terminaron riéndose las dos.. Por supuesto no lo cambiaron y al día siguiente seguía el mismo aceite. Muy mala experiencia para arrancar el día.
