Pros:

Świetny hotelik, fajnie położony nad jeziorem ,blisko do ścieżki prowadzącej brzegiem jeziora do centrum miasta. Cichy, bardzo zadbany i czysty. Obsługa bardzo miła. Możliwość relaksu przy basenie (o ile pogoda pozwoli). Wymiana ręczników na żądanie, więc nikt bez potrzeby do pokoju nie wchodzi. Basen i jego otoczenie świetne (szczególnie latem dostęp do wiaty z grillem).

Top sum up - This is a great place to stay if anyone is visiting Ohrid.
Pros:

I was staying at Villa Kotlar for 2 nights with family from France. Great hospitality by the owners, politeness, good communication and flexibility. The property is pretty new, clean and well maintained. The atmosphere is very pleasant. They also have a nice pool with a tiny bar should one prefers to enjoy a drink by the pool and to soak the sun. Great place to stay if anyone is visiting Ohrid.

Cons:

We didn't experience any negative moments during our stay.

Albergo bello, camera spaziosa,luminosa, bagno ampio compresa la doccia.
Dispone di una piscina esterna.
Parcheggio ampio a 100mt
Buona colazione soprattutto privilegiando il salato.

Cons:

Pulizia camere ogni 4 giorni per un 4 stelle mi sembra un pò discutibile!!!!
Un consiglio che non costa nulla è lasciare in camera quando arrivano clienti una bottiglia di acqua con 2 bicchieri.

Misschien iets verder uit het centrum maar daardoor veel kwaliteit. Lekker zwembad en in een heel rustige omgeving. Ontbijt was ook top, lekker en verrassend

Cons:

Wij zaten in de bovenste kamer 401 ( enige kamer met uitzicht op het meer) en we hadden soms weinig druk op het water tijdens het douchen en was ook niet altijd even warm.

Pros:

We stayed for 3 nights — 2 adults and a teenager — room on the 2nd floor with a pool view.
The villa, breakfast, service, staff, pool, etc. — everything was perfect. The nights were very quiet. It’s about a 10-minute easy walk to the first restaurants and shops, and just a few more minutes to the bazaar. An Albanian bakery and a few small street shops are only a few metres away.
It’s a maximum of 25 minutes on foot to the Ohrid port and old town. In the other direction, it’s only a 5–10 minute walk from the hotel along Lake Ohrid to the hill where you can start walking up to the fortress.
If we come back to Ohrid, I will definitely book Villa Kotlar again — we loved it. The prices at their bar are also very good.
10 out of 10 :)

Pros:

Nettes Personal, besonders das Ehepaar, das die Unterkunft betreibt ...wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben große Flexibilität gezeigt. Eigentlich hatten wir erst für einen Tag später
gebucht, sind aber schon einen Tag früher angekommen. Trotzdem haben sie sich sofort um ein Zimmer für uns gekümmert,
zum gleichen Preis pro Nacht.
Alles, was wir gebraucht haben, wurde uns zur Verfügung gestellt – Bügeleisen, zusätzliche
Sachen und vieles mehr. Meine Frau wollte zum Beispiel ein weicheres Kissen haben, und auch das wurde direkt ausgetauscht.
Wir sind wirklich sehr zufrieden und würden beim nächsten Mal gerne wiederkommen.

About 1/2hr walk to harbour/town centre. Weather was rainy and cold. The roads and footpaths all around the town are badly in need of maintenance.
