Horrible, noisey, no air conditioning at 100+ degrees.
Cons:

I was very dissatisfied with the overall service. The main dissatisfaction was with booking.com about the way things are promoted with items that aren't correct. I moved to another hotel after 2 nights, which I paid again for service I wasn't expecting to pay....thanks to booking.com!

I spent more time sleeping at other hotels (just a coincidence)
Pros:

Conveniently located, cheaper compared to other hotels nearby, great rooftop terasse

Cons:

Hotel and rooms need some love, not a fan of the "leave your key every time you leave"

I like the location the staff and I felt very safe. To come at any time at night.
Pros:

Location was great, the room was clean every day, staff very nice, close to many restaurants, and only 60 pesos to go to the beach on a taxi or I could take the bus for 10 pesos, but if someone younger than me could walk to the beach. and price was good..

Cons:

Just a different room because it was so close to the laundry room and the washing machines and dryers will go on very early and sometimes late at night, so was a little noisy. And also I believe if in summer, it would be nice if the room would have Air conditioner. But the time that I went, it was fine.

it worked- sort of...
Pros:

it was only $49

Cons:

the bed was lumpy and we were only allowed one towel for 2 people- and I had to ask for that.
The smoke detector battery outside was running low and so "chirped" all night long...

Honestly... Nothing.

Cons:

Gross dirty bathroom with outdated everything.
Windows don't actually close so you hear EVERY single persons conversations inside their rooms and their TVs on. Might as well have curtains instead of walls. Horribly uncomfortable beds with thin blankets. There were springs digging into my ribs the whole night (I'm 100 pounds and not heavy at all) same with my 10 year old daughter who said the bed hurt to sleep in which she has never said before.
No facecloths or hand towels at ALL. And you have to pay a deposti at the front desk for a towel.
Thank goodness it was only one night. The pictures are nothing like in person.

Really bad
Cons:

Everything, I needed the internet for remote work, but that didn’t work AT ALL. I had to pay establishments to be able to work. The water was never hot to shower, the place smelled really bad.
