Deluxe room

Cons:

we were out of the hotel. checked in hotel at 12 pm and left the room at the same time. Just return at 12.15 am and this drama started. currently 3am in the clock and still not able to sleep because of this shitty experience.Cockroaches all over the room...not at all hygiene maintain... phone is not working...no mirror in the room...
Earlier we were in Deluxe room. From 21 to 24 morning we were there. There was not single complaint from our side as room was actually clean and maintain.

Cons:

The AC had a direct blast on the Bed and was making noise
Breakfast was bad, not as mentioned on the room card
