A friend recommended this place to me after the first place I booked didn't meet my expectations on location. I checked into the room on the roof, and I saw a beautiful view of the city. I woke up to a beautiful sunrise from my room; the view was breathtaking. The breakfast was enjoyable and thoughtful, so I looked forward to it. You can easily come out of the hotel and start your daily commute cause of the location. The staff are very helpful and kind, when i had issues with my room, they were very helpful and switched my room. I could go on and on but this is a hidden Gem everyone needs to experience. Kudos to the team
When i had to switch rooms because of electrical issues in my room, Albeit they were really helpful.
The breakfast was okay for the price charged. It meets the local Rwandan meal standard.

My TV didn’t work throughout my stay
The venue has a good free airport pickup service and the breakfast was good.
There was an incident where I was charged twice at the reception which was by accident, and I was able to speak with the manager about it. Though processing my refund took over 2 and a half months for me to receive it. This was because of the poor professionalism and communication of the manager. That was not very professional of him and I hope he uses this review to change his professional behavior in the future. Otherwise the hotel was good in general
