4☆ direkt am Bahnhof
Pros:

Die direkte Lage am Bahnhof, außdem wurde auf meinen Wunsch nach einer Zusätzlich Matratzenauflage umgehend nachgekommen.

מיקום טוב ליד תחנת הרכבת, חניה נוחה, ארוחת בוקר מעולה.

Cons:

בהתחלה קיבלנו את החדר הכי רחוק מהמעלית, עם מתקן רחצה לא מקורה. רק לאחר איומים ותחנונים החליפו את החדר, וקיבלנו חדר רחצה עם מקלחון מקורה. הבטיחו שניתן יהיה לצפות בחדר במשחק גמר גביע האלופות האירופי. בפועל בערוץ novasport ששידר את המשחק בסלובקיה, לא היתה תמונה אלא רק שידור קולי בסלובקית.

Die Stadt Poprad selbst gibt nicht viel her.

Pros:

Lovely renovated hotel next to the railway and bus stations, Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very comfortable clean and cosy. Breakfast was very good and the restaurant does evening meals which were nice and good value too. The location is perfect for exploring the area including the TEZ railway which takes you up into the Tatras. Hope to stay here again,

Der Service und das Personal haben mir sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war stets hilfsbereit und hat ein hohes Maß an Serviceorientierung gezeigt. Auch die Sauberkeit im Zimmer und im Frühstücksraum war beispielhaft
