Очень чисто, все понравилось, есть все необходимое для удобства. И даже чайник))

Слышимость хорошая между номерами, было сложно заснуть когда вокруг все шумят.

Great for short term stays.
Pros:

The location is good, especially if you prefer quieter areas. And the city is only a 15 minute walk away. Excellent and reliable WiFi. The staff are friendly.

Cons:

Fixtures poorly installed—i.e. towel hanger slowly coming off the bathroom wall; plug socket on the desk doesn't feel very securely installed. And despite the staff being friendly, there were some communication issues.

Новый отель, чисто, есть все необходимое (полотенца, тапочки, принадлежности для умывания). Вкусный и сытный завтрак (яичница с сосисками, блины со сгущенкой, чай, кофе). Хорошее местоположение (15 мин езды до Шымкент плаза)

Tudo estava óptimo! O problema foi só a língua, mas com o tradutor ultrapassa-se! A limpeza, a casa de banho, o pequeno almoço, tudo estava excelente!

Cons:

A localização fica a 20 minutos a pé do centro!

Неплохо на пару ночей, если не проводить много времени в комнате.
Pros:

В отеле все довольно чистое, на каждом этаже есть кулер с собой, в номере чайник и пакетик чая. Новые и качественные полотенца и постельное белье, что очень важно для хорошего отдыха. Персонал вежливый. Стабильный WiFi

Cons:

Выраженный запах ДСП в комнате, возможно мебель выделяет формальдегид.
Местами у потолка отклеенные обои со следами черной плесени, видимо текла крыша.
Завтрак с 8.30 - это повар приходит в 8.30.

Матрас удобный. Выспались хорошо.

В номере удлбные кровати. Чисто. Полотенца чистые.

Cons:

Завтрак. Пришлось ждать. Нет выбора. Скучный завтрпк. Сосиску не ели. Только яичницу.

The hotel staff is excellent . They helped gör you evetthing . The Reception always try to best. Breakfast is very poor But The staff is who can be prepare breakfast she esas kind and helpfull , room are clean and new. Wi-Fi is working good . Location is not bad , near The hotel has bar and Restaurant . Thanks gör everthing
