MARİNA HOTEL

Wir hatten drei Zimmer gebucht und in allen Räumen bot sich uns das gleiche unhygienische Bild: Überall lagen fremde Haare auf den Böden, auf den Bettlaken und sogar auf den frisch bereitgelegten Handtüchern. Der Zustand war so ekelerregend, dass wir die Betten teilweise selbst reinigen mussten und den Aufenthalt wegen der unzumutbaren Zustände vorzeitig abgebrochen haben. Das Hotel zeigte sich uneinsichtig und bot keinerlei angemessene Hilfe an – hier wird Sauberkeit leider komplett kleingeschrieben

El personal de recepción, excelente en su trabajo pero un poco distante con el cliente; no así el personal del restaurante. No me gustó el amplio respiradero del baño desde el que se oye y ve el baño de la habitación contigua.

Сначала хотела написать что соответствует своей небольшой цене, но позже я сняла на столько же ночей отель дешевле этого и получила сервис и номер в разы лучше чем в этом отеле. Требует ремонта однозначно, как минимум замены половины мебели, она вся облазит и вот эти подушки прикроватные даже трогать противно все пошарпаные, но это я брезгливая, в целом нормально. На счет шума как с соседями повезет. Лично у меня пол этажа мужчин было и я чувствовала себя дискомфортно потому что по вечерам и ночью они могли в любой момент начать громко разговаривать и смеяться, причем еще и в коридоре прямо под моей дверью. Вода в ванной и в раковине почти всегда была холодной, в номере при погоде в +16 так же было холодно, спала в штанах и двух кофтах.

One day the eas no light and water at all, other day not cleaned room even I asked gor it when left in the morning. But guess it is value and quality balance.

Internet connection:
The Wi-Fi was extremely poor. It only worked properly in the lobby, and not in the rooms. I reported multiple times that the modem had a red light and the connection page was not working, but the issue was never resolved. The staff response was disappointing, saying “this is how it is, we cannot fix it.” This is not acceptable for a hotel.

Breakfast:
Breakfast was decent but not as varied as advertised. On several days, hot dishes ran out and were either not refilled or took a long time to be replaced. The “fresh juice” was very low quality – clearly powdered and mixed with water.

Cleanliness:
General cleaning was okay, but the room clearly needs deep cleaning. There was noticeable dust in multiple areas.

Bathroom & safety:
There was occasionally a bad smell coming from the toilet. Also, the hair dryer had an exposed/damaged cable, which is a serious safety hazard. Even after informing reception, no action was taken.

Noise:
At night (around midnight), garbage trucks cleaning the streets create significant noise, making it difficult to sleep.
