Sweet , quirky , clean and centrally located
Pros:

The hotel is right in the center of everything The room was big and the refrigerator had free beverages for us. The decor was a bit quirky but it made the stay fun. The bathroom was big and modern with good lighting. The A/C 9 which was really needed) was good. The staff was extremely helpful and even made an early breakfast because of our early flight

Good for short stay in Naples
Pros:

Great location, staff friendly and good option for what we needed as we just spent one night in Naples before our flight the next morning

Cons:

It’s a bit tricky to access with a lot of bags, lots of keys given and different access after 8pm. I would not like to have spent more than one night here but it was sufficient

Great Boutique Hotel
Pros:

The staff sent very clear instructions about how to get there from the central station which was really helpful. When we first arrived we wondered what we were in for as the entrance is in a dark, stuffy side street and the lift was very small and hot.
It all changed once we got upstairs and found the entrance - what a really beautiful hotel! The dining room in particular with its painted ceiling was glorious.

Check in was thorough and we were taken to our room and shown all the amenities etc. It's so much larger than you'd think. Our room was surprisingly large with a double bed and a double sofa bed. The bathroom was very big with immaculate furnishings.

Breakfast was good - I think our morning laziness led to us missing any hot food options but there was plenty of everything else to go round.
There was even a 'break room' with a kettle and snacks available which was really great.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel. Close to the metro station, lots of food options nearby, beautifully presented and the staff were helpful.

Cons:

Our only minor grumble was the small lift to get upstairs with our luggage, we had to do it in shifts to make sure everything was attended. But this is really the only thing I can say as a very minor negative.

High level boutique hotel, very familiar.
Pros:

The staff were perfect, the breakfast was very good, with high level of service.

Cons:

The entrance from Via Toledo is a bit stressful, there is elevator to the second floor, and the welcome in the hotel and assorted furniture was amazing, big like.
