Small but clean and comfortable, everything I needed
Pros:

Soft bed, good air conditioner, lots of electric outlets. Good signs outdoors; I had no trouble finding it. Really appreciated the host contacting me and answering all my questions before I got there

Cons:

I don't mean to be greedy--it was great--but a minifridge in the kitchen area would have been helpful. I used the microwave and really liked that.

Cozy and comfy
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. The location is close enough to everything to be convenient, but still on a quiet street.

Cons:

Never did figure out the parking. Either there aren't enough spaces for the rooms or someone was not where they were supposed to be. Numbered and assigned parking spaces would have been great.

Pros:

Cozy and cute. Close to downtown.

Cons:

No hand soap in bathroom. Very strong smelling chemicals under sink in small room gave me a headache. I had to put them outside.

Cute, small studio in good location
Pros:

Cute little location close to everything I needed. Loved the addition of a sound machine by the bed as the location is on a fairly busy road. I appreciated the tea kettle and tea. All communication was very clear.

Cons:

I'm not sure if it was a mistake but there was no soap in the bathroom or shower. Dawn was provided for dishes but I wasn't keen on using that as a body wash so I had to purchase soap.

Everything was well kept, secure, and as advertised

Cons:

I can't give it a perfect score without a full kitchen and full array of things like soap other than dish soap (but it was otherwise perfect).

I would stay again and even recommend it. The affordable makes this spot really attractive.
Pros:

Had everything I needed and the multiple locks made me feel safe. The ac unit worked really well and no problems with wifi and the tv!

Cons:

It wasn’t the cleanest, the bathroom had hair and some stains that were easily wiped away. I appreciated the cleaning products for that reason. The dishes were wet and I think the kettle may have had mold in it so I didn’t use that.
