Pros:

* Good value for the money
* We enjoyed our stay overall, and this property has some truly standout features.
* The property management team was friendly, responsive, and well organized. There was great attention to detail throughout the stay, making check-in and the overall experience smooth and enjoyable.
* Beautifully furnished with high-quality designer pieces—the nicest interior we’ve experienced in an East Coast beach rental. The sound system was also an excellent touch.
* Outstanding wellness amenities, including a sauna, cold plunge, and rooftop hot tub.
* Very well-equipped kitchen with plenty of cookware and utensils. The only thing missing was basic cooking essentials. There was no cooking oil, and only a very small amount of salt and black pepper—not enough even for a simple pasta meal.
* Great location, just a 7–8 minute walk to the beach.
* Convenient EV charging station.

Cons:

* Our apartment was on the second floor (the first residential level), directly facing the main staircase. As a result, the main living area (living room, dining room, and kitchen) received very little natural light. Since people frequently walked right in front of the windows, we had to keep the blinds closed most of the time, making the space feel darker and somewhat claustrophobic. The bedroom, located on the opposite side of the building, was bright and pleasant.
* The humidity inside the apartment was excessive. Floors and kitchen countertops often felt damp, towels never dried properly, and there was a noticeable musty smell. It seemed the HVAC system struggled to control the indoor humidity.
* Only one set of towels was provided per person for a three-day stay. Because of the humidity, the towels never dried, so we ended up drying ourselves with damp towels, which was quite uncomfortable.

Perfection!
Pros:

The location of was perfect for us. Not only the location but the condo itself was exceptional! No need or want for anything. Jabi was readily available to answer and questions. I personally loved the privacy of the condo. The decor was stunning and the cleanliness of the property was impressive.

Pros:

The room was decorated well and the bed was comfortable. Kitchen was stocked really well.

Cons:

No TV in the bedroom. The welness center hours weren't long enough, we would've loved to watch the sunset from the hot tub or even hang out there after it cooled off outside.

Amazing facilities and location.
Pros:

Incredible facilities and clean, spacious room with everything one could think of. Everything there for working, boarding, or beach. Wellness deck was amazing!

Cons:

The website gives the illusion that it is on the sound, but it is across the street.

Awesome visit
Pros:

Rooms were clean and well designed. Stocked with all the amenities we needed (fridge, stove,washer, dryer, coffee, cookware, dishes). The place is comfortable, quiet, safe, and close to the beaches we wanted to see

Cons:

We enjoyed our stay. Relaxed and had fun. Nothing bad to share.

Fantastic place where you can tell the owner really took their time to make it very nice!
Pros:

This place was incredibly nice, especially for the amount we paid! I wish we had more time to have used some of the wellness amenities but we did enjoy having a drink on the top deck!

Cons:

The locks were a little glitchy but owner responded quickly to get them fixed.
