Staff were friendly
Needs a good clean and redecorate the rooms could also do with new mattress
The bed was comfortable and the food delicious. What more do you need.
Breakfast was great, as were the staff. Ale selecton was good.
Rooms were a little tired.
We had one night at The Anderson and it was brilliant. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Bar very interesting and the evening meal we had was superb. Icing on the cake was dolphins at Chanonry Point the next day!
An absolute gem. So many interesting things to look at. Great books to read and really friendly staff. The host was so lovely and looked after us. The food is divine and breakfast is not to be beaten. We really enjoyed our stay. Great host, great place , delicious food and a comfy bed. What more could you ask for!
Great atmosphere
Could with a bit of paint
L'ambiance est juste top ! Personnel aux petits soins et super agréable. Le bar est genial
What a gem. Quirky, interesting, different, unusual... much more enjoyable than a bland chain hotel.
The food was great, the hidden "public bar" was outstanding, and the staff were human.
Highly recommended - just ignore the apparent lack of maintenance outside...
Jim's dry sense of humour won't suit everyone - but I think that's deliberately so!
Ofräscht på toaletten. Smutsigt duschdraperi. Mycket litet rum, väldigt trångt.
Smutsigt i foajén.
The location
The decor was outdated, time taken for food to be served and felt it was not value for money
Jim and his staff were super friendly and great to chat with. Yummy food at the pub downstairs. Good location. Spacious room. Would stay again!
Beds were quite soft
Calm hotel.
Helpful personnel. Love Scottish people !
Close to chanonry point.
Comfortable beds
We sighted dolphins in the nearby sea
The toilet flush make such a strange noise for a few seconds every time, it sounds like a demons burp 😀
The Staff
Worn old and tired, need updating and decorating, is marketed as being quirky but is actually grotty. All sorts of awards on display, however lates dates from 2009. If we hadn’t of pre-paid wouldn’t have stayed.
The plumbing needs work
Locatie en sfeer
Te klein bed, beetje verouderd allemaal
A large comfortable room with very friendly and welcoming staff. Breakfast was delicious and the servings were generous.
