Hervorragendes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis für diese Lage
Pros:

Schöne Zimmer/Möblierung, überhaupt hochwertige Materialien.
Zugang elektronisch, alle dafür notwendigen Infos werden vorab zeitig geschickt.
Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter effizient, prompt und freundlich.

Cons:

Kein Problem des Hotels: jedoch diverse Phishing Mails mit meinen booking Daten vorab und hinterher erhalten. Diese wurden eindeutig irgendwie via booking abgerufen.
Das Hotel hat darauf unmittelbar und adäquat reagiert.
Booking hingegen scheint das nicht zu interessieren, haben sich nie gemeldet, obwohl ich 3x alle Mails mit allen relevanten Infos weitergeleitet habe.

Pros:

Wahnsinnig nettes Personal. Das erlebt man nicht häufig. Wir durften außerdem 2 Stunden eher in unsere Zimmer, da sie schon fertig waren.

Cozy rooms in the picturesque center of Küsnacht
Pros:

The rooms are on the top of floor of a building that primarily houses a restaurant; note that there is no reception or regular staff on duty for the hotel part. Excellent location right in the center of Küsnacht, close to the train station, restaurants, supermarket. Nice coffee bar (Bean Bear) right next door. Blue zone parking available in the immediate vicinity - free from 5pm until 7am. Small but well appointed room, bed was fine, bathroom is shared (clean, modern, never had to wait) but there is also a sink in the room for washing/shaving/brushing teeth etc. Nespresso coffee maker with capsules and some small snacks are provided. A very nice touch are the water bottles (sparking + non-sparkling) that get replenished every day! There's a wardrobe for your stuff as well. Overall very efficient, check in and access with the code worked smoothly.

Cons:

Minor nitpick, but the pillow was terrible, way way too soft for my taste. Wifi was a bit dodgy - could not really use it at all with my phone (laptop was better for some reason). Close to the church - the bells be tolling at all hours of the day and night... There are zero facilities but that was not a surprise. Overall I was very positively surprised actually :)

Lovely cozy hotel in the heart of Kustnach.
Pros:

Clean, comfortable and cozy hotel.

Cons:

Shared bathrooms for many rooms. Next to church is you’re sensitive to sound of the bells.

I would definitely stay there again! I loved the location - clise to tbe lake and nice walking trails.
Pros:

Except for the Chilbi going on in the plaza the first two nights I loved the location. Room serviced daily. Fresh water, multiple coffee pods, and light snack food was refreshed daily. Shared bathroom and shower was always immaculately clean.

Cons:

Very small room. Not the property’s fault but the chilbi (carnival) happening that weekend added lots of noise in the evening.

Freundlicher, speditiver Empfang bei der Ankunft.

Cons:

Vorab Check-in am Computer, na ja ist gewöhnungsbedürftig.
Vorab telefonische Information, dass im Dorf Chilbi stattfindet. (Das war gut).
Das Ausmass des Lärms konnte trotz Vorab-Info jedoch für mich als nicht ortsansässige
nicht genügend eingeschätzt werden.
Abreise unspektakulär, bei der Putzfrau abgemeldet.

Auf den Bildern konnte man davon ausgehen, dass die Zimmer ein Bad haben. Das war nicht der Fall. Das empfanden wir etwas ungewöhnlich, haben aber auch die Beschreibung nicht aufmerksam gelesen

Pros:

Nice pillows. Clean room.

Cons:

No air con. Noisy due to restaurant below and loud church bell opposite.
Unable to open window at night because of noise. Shared bathroom not ideal.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, Bahnhof kann schnell zu Fuss erreicht werden.

Cons:

Die zimmer sind sehr klinisch eingerichtet, könnte etwas gemütlicher sein. Hat aber seinen Zweck erfüllt.
