Keuken, kamer was snikheet
Great location and very friendly, accommodating staff.
We traveled with our dog and they were great with him, we ate lunch and dinner at the hotel and all was lovely!
Nothing, our overnight stay was great!
Great spot to see all that Bewts-y-Coed has to offer.
Bar food was a bit ordinary.
Great location, staff were super responsive, kind and went overboard to assist. It was in the midst of a heatwave. There was no working fan in the room, given the heat wave had been on for weeks, we thought the hotel could have gone out and purchased more work g fans. Our hotel was on the top floor and it was like a sauna
Clean friendly staff
Very good
Location
Price too high. Long wait at the restaurant
Generally friendly staff
The car park was extremely small and tight - there is not enough space for all the visitors. The spaces are very tight for any cars.
Staff was generally friendly except for one who refused to take our food order on a Sunday as we arrived at the restaurant just 4 mins late after the last call which was also weirdly early at 8:30pm. It was a long day hiking to Snowdon and no other restaurants were open in Sunday. It is unacceptable for guests who stay at the hotel. The irony was that the bar is open until 11pm.
They charged a surcharge like £10 per night but offered nothing - no dog bed, no dog bowl. Nothing.
Great value. Beautiful location. Delicious food at the restaurant. Amazing hiking very nearby
Great value, lovely staff, comfy room!
Great breakfast and let us have it in other room as our dog was with us. So friendly the staff made the place really.
It was so hot air con would be good but realize it was a one off really….and it was good to see the sun out!
The breakfast was very good and lots of options for just £16 great value for money. The rooms were also very clean and modern.
Great for dog owners
Would be nice if the rooms had proper fridges but they did have a portable small one which did the job for a couple of nights (we have special dog food with allergies so needed a fridge).
Double bed was a little small and mattress was hard - struggled to sleep but this probably more of a preference.
Large and clean decent restaurant
