Great location to the shops and restaurants. Room was very clean.
We stayed in the heatwave and there was no fan or air con and we stayed in the top floor and the room temperature was unbearable. Only a very small window to open.
Make sure to assess the bed size you book. We booked a double and the bed was very small.
Excellent all round 2 night stay for my party of 5
No concerns from check in to check out. Staff were extremely helpful, comfy clean rooms and excellent location. We ate dinner in the restaurant as well which was wonderful, good wholesome food
We all had breakfast which I am sorry to say is very overpriced
At nearly £15 per person, it really was not worth it. There were no pastries on offer, only a limited amount of cereal and space for a toaster/some chilled meats/no jam. Orders were then taken for a cooked breakfast I only had scrambled eggs on toast!
Hot drinks machine available...
We had the best time, the hotel is lovely and in a fantastic location. The room was so nice and had a good view. The staff are all great, a special thank you to Jude and Al who both looked after us so well and made our stay even better. I can't praise them enough! Firstly Jude, such a friendly welcoming lady who made us feel at home within 5 minutes of arrival. Nothing was too much trouble, she shared lots of local knowledge and made us laugh, great to chat to and I feel as if we made a friend. Now Al (not sure if it's Alan or Alun), such a pleasant young man who was also very helpful and professional, we had a small problem which he resolved for us no issue. Both are a credit to the business and we look forward to seeing them again on our next visit. A big thank you.

Lage top
Wir hatten das Zimmer direkt über der Küche und der frittiergeruch war sehr penetrant
Comfy bed, ample tea/coffee facilities, breakfast delicious
Room very hot, could do with more ventilation
Can't believe you have to pay extra for towels
Excellent location. Car park ( but get there early! ) bar.
Silly online check in / out. I like people. However a wonderful woman came to reception and sorted it for us. Top marks to her.
Location, nice room, nice hotel.
Check in, with a machine, uncomfortable beds/ bedding. Broken legs on the chairs, mirror light in bathroom not working and all for a premium price. Breakfast and drinks too expensive.
Room, location and service for the breakfast
Initial lack of service in reception upon our arrival. A young lad who was newish to the job had to come from the bar area to help us and was guided through the check in process by a colleague via telephone. So, we got there in the end thanks to you the young lad but no thanks to the actual reception team who were conspicuous by their absence.
Nicely placed for our Traws Eryri trip
The bedroom was very spacious and lovely and warm. The bed was comfortable. Plenty of tea coffee making facilities with biscuits. Nice size tv. The food in the restaurant was lovely and the waitress was so nice and knowledgeable about the areas we wished to visit. Easy parking at the rear of the property. Easy check in and out.
The room was looking very tired and in desperate need of refurbishment and who ever hung the wallpaper needs another trade,, Who goes around corners in one drop. Shocking.
Friendly staff , convenient location , lovely village
