Pros:

Mobília nova e tudo funcionando perfeitamente.

Cons:

O café da manhã não tinha nada de excepcional. Achei normal.

Excellent location, great food, and exceptional staff made us extend our stay.
Pros:

The location and overall service was excellent. The breakfast was great. The room service lunch and the sky bar food, drinks and service was also excellent. Both the cleaning staff and the service staff who provide the food and drinks on the 7th floor were a pleasure to interact with. They were very friendly, responsive, and professional which resulted in us extending our stay.

Cons:

There were a few very minor things that I did not like about the apartment. The LED fixture over the dining table was too low and too bright. It needs be raised and be dimmable. Also the bathroom could also use a towel rack or additional hooks.

Pros:

Extremely attentive and friendly staff, clean, new and excellent location and value for money

Cons:

The sofa in the living area is more decorative than comfortable. The mattresses are on the firm side but like firm mattresses so it wasn't an issue personally.

Propre, confortable, bien situé, cuisine fonctionnelle (quoiqu'un petit couteau complémenterait bien la planche à découper), réception ouverte pour m'accueillir à 5AM.

Cons:

L'ascenseur est un peu lent, mais ce n'est pas trop grave.

Pros:

Très propre, bien éclairé, lits confortables, bon déjeuner (oeufs brouillés, bacon, croissants, jambon, fromage, jus, café...)

Cons:

La cuisine pourrait être mieux fournie (planche à découper, mais pas de couteau...); le wifi est stable, mais pourrait être plus fort.

O apartamento que ficamos era de 1 quarto, o tamanho era ótimo, estava muito limpo e organizado! Gostamos de tudo, da localização, do apartamento e do cafe da manhã.

Zentrale Lage, schönes Zimmer, schönes Bad, gutes Frühstück.
Pros:

Zimmer war sauber und geräumig. Betten waren gut und wir konnten gut schlafen. Frühstück war ok. Das Restaurant mit dem Pool ist spektakulär. Tolle Aussicht über ASU.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum ist etwas klein, aber er hat schon gepasst. Etwas störend waren manche andere Gäste, die beim Frühstück telefonierten oder mit dem Tablet/Computer arbeiteten. Aber das ist vermutlich jetzt der Trend der Zeit. Das ist in anderen Hotels vermutlich genauso. Allso, alles ganz normal und ok.

Voltarei a Assunção e ficarei lá novamente super recomendo
Pros:

Localização, limpeza, o quarto ótimo as atendentes super simpáticas e prestativas.

Cons:

Acho que deveria ter um pouco mais de opções no café da manhã sou brasileira e gosto de pão, tapioca mas mesmo assim foi muito bom
