Cons:

Шумно, окна не закрываются , хотя ключ присутствует на двери балконной ,но не понятно для чего он.
Да и окна одно название...не герметичны и весь шум пропускают.

От завтраков не ожидайте ничего большего, останетесь все ровно голодными, самый худший завтрак что я видел, скупой и дешёвый, знал бы
,лучше уже в ближ.кафе поесть.

An excellent choice for people who enjoy nightlife, restaurants, and a lively atmosphere.
Pros:

The location is excellent — right by the waterfront, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and bars nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The hotel is quite new, clean, and well-maintained. We stayed in a suite, which had nice furniture, was spotless, and featured a fantastic king-size bed with ambient lighting. The bed linen was fresh and clean.
The room had everything we needed: a proper refrigerator (not the tiny hotel type that barely cools anything), mugs, a kettle, instant coffee, tea, towels, plates, and useful extras such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, and slippers. Overall, the room was very well equipped.
Breakfast was fairly standard for a hotel: eggs, sausages, cheese, vegetables, and seasonal fruit. The selection was not huge, but there was enough variety to start the day well and no one would leave hungry.
There is also a nice swimming pool on the hotel grounds

Cons:

The location is both the hotel’s biggest advantage and its biggest drawback. The nearby restaurants and bars create a great atmosphere during the day and early evening. However, as the night progresses, the amount of alcohol consumed by visitors increases noticeably, and the area turns into a competition of loud music, shouting, and whistling.
This is not the hotel’s fault, but it is something future guests should be aware of. Whether you want to or not, you will be part of the nightlife experience. If you prefer peace and quiet or are traveling with small children, this may not be the best choice.
A small suggestion for the hotel: please consider providing earplugs in the rooms

El hotel esta limpio, moderno, Tiene una pileta muy linda con un sector para tomar algo al costado. Buena ubicacion, rico y variado desayuno.

Cons:

Habitacion pequeña, el rociador de la ducha se caia todo el tiempo, bastante incomodo para bañarse. Y en la bacha del baño no habia aguda fria, dificultaba el lavado de manos.

No WiFi all week, shower holder was broken, toilet seat wouldn't stay up. Power went off twice in the middle of the night and both times all the lights came on.

Отличный отель. По оформлению - твердые 3 звезды, а по комфорту 3++, потому что комфортный матрас и подушки, чистое белье и чистая удобная ванная, много одноразовых мелочей и маленькая кухонька с чайником и холодильником - прям порадовало это все. В номере у нас было 2 балкона, оба выходили на шумные улицы, в этом плане спать было не очень, но мы уставали так, что было норм. В каждой комнате по кондиционеру. Затемняющие жалюзи - это классно. По качеству сервиса и общения с персоналом - вообще 5 звезд, потому что все просьбы выполняются быстро, радостно и качественно. Лифт в отеле имеется, хотя всего 3 этажа - наша детка и наши уставшие от прогулок ноги были очень рады. Завтраки очень приятные, все есть, хотя вегетарианцам не разгуляться, но все равно наесться можно. Расположение отеля вообще 10 звезд. До пляжа Чалыш 2 минуты пешком, до начала велодорожки, которая ведет на набережную - 2 минуты, 1 минута до такси станции.

Cons:

Лучше было бы, если бы часы на ресепшене показывали правильное время. Не потому, что нужно время, а просто как-то некрасиво, когда они все стоят :)
