The owner was so welcoming, nice and friendly. The waiter and girl at the reception were also nice. The food at the hotel was very tasty and the prices were very honest and convenient. We also appreciate the daily cleaning. Very nice hotel with a beautiful terrace. Recommended if you want to stay near petrovac and enjoy some comfort.
unfortunately we had an incident with the laundry service and we waited 2 days for the manager to sort it out. Nevertheless, we were told by the manager that it was also our fault as I did not pointed that one of the 3 pieces given was linen. Long story short they acknowledged that they put my linen shirt in the dryer which resulted in the clothing being shirken. However the owner took responsibility. A piece of advice to the manager: when you make a mistake (we are all human) it's important to acknowledge it,find a solution and be reassuring. Mistakes happen but the key to a good customer experience is how we react to the situation and in that owner was more inclined.

Persoonlijke familiale service, geweldig dakterras, het uitzicht, zeer rustige locatie. 5 minuten wandelen van een zeer groot niet toeristisch strand, leuke wandelpaadjes door de natuur (met verlichting) naar Petrovaj. De mensen zijn zeer behulpzaam

I thought it was good that they gave us two room cards, so we always had a great temperature in the room and the view is beautiful too.

We stayed at Aquilo for a few days before our wedding, and some of our guests were also accommodated there.
This is a family-run hotel with an excellent restaurant. The rooms are clean and offer beautiful views, and the rooftop terrace is absolutely stunning. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The owners deserve a special mention—they are warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. They organized our wedding welcome dinner in just two days, and everything was perfectly arranged. My wife and I were truly happy with how everything turned out.
It was a pleasure meeting such wonderful people. We wholeheartedly recommend Aquilo!
It's a super nice cozy hotel with a restaurant and amazing rooftop. We spent only one night there but everything was satisfying. The staff was very polite & helpful, room was spacious and well- equipped. My favorite part of this stay was an evening spent on the roof tarrace. Location is ok, close to the beach but in a walk-distance from the Petrovac na Moru center. I highly reccomend this hotel :)

A nice and clean family run small hotel. The owner(a senior man) was very warm and welcoming. Tried to help us with his limited knowledge of English. The breakfast was decent (on the terrace). There is a beach close by (about 5-7 mins walk). Room size was okay and we had a balcony that had views of the sea at a distance.
The road that leads to the hotel is under construction so getting a taxi to reach the hotel was a bit of a problem. It’s not a flat walk to the hotel so do not think of dragging your bags to the hotel. No restaurants close by. To go anywhere you will need a car/ taxi but Petrovac is walkable through a pathway - a good 20-25 mins walk.
Ein wirklich schönes Hotel mit top Lage in Meernähe. Ein kleiner Pfad führt direkt zum Strand. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Im kleinen Restaurant gibt es alles , was das Herz begehrt, tolle regionale Küche. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und lecker. Von der Dachterrasse, die abends im Schatten liegt, hat man einen schönen Blick über die ganze Bucht. Eine klare Empfehlung, wir kommen gerne wieder.
