The situation and the aesthetic of the hotel is lovely and done well throughout. It is very modern inside, whilst having a charming look on the outside.
There is plenty of parking outside, and it was not difficult to find. There are lovely views of the surrounding region from the terrace.
There is only reception in the morning, so we did self check in which was fine, we had everything we needed.
The pool was nice.
Breakfast was OK.
The staff member we met in the morning was very friendly.
The room was clean, comfortable, and cool. There was even a mini bar with complimentary drinks.
We booked through booking.com and we were always able to communicate with the hotel through there, and have all our questions answered.
The pool could do with a bit of a clean. The ladder into the pool is lose and needs some attention.
Felt a bit abandoned and ghost like with no staff in the afternoon or evening.
No bar to get drinks or snacks in the afternoon or evening.
Wunderschönes Anwesen das alle unsere Erwartungen übertroffen hat! Das Personal war überaus zuvorkommend und hat alle unsere Extra Wünsche erfüllt! Spontan eine Leinwand auf der Terrasse aufgebaut (WM)! Sind spitze bedient worden mit Getränken und alles was man braucht! Essen war ausgezeichnet!

Ein paar Punkte die für ein 4 Stern Hotel nicht passen und nicht auftreten sollten : Steckdose im Badezimmer hat nicht funktioniert, Insektenschutzrollo konnte nicht verwendet werden weil es defekt war. Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer hat Wasser verloren und den Boden beschädigt. Angekündigte Kaffeebar war nicht vorhanden.
Bellissima struttura nel mezzo del Collio Sloveno. Decisamente consigliato. Ci è piaciuta molta la location, circondata dai vigneti e la camera era più spaziosa del previsto.

The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was decent size. Good shower. The restaurant was good, so was the food and the waiter very polite and knowledgeable.
On arrival the front door was locked so we had to go through the back in and realised it was a self checkin. The envelope was waiting for us with the electronic front door code and room code. It worked the first time. When we went out and tried to come back in the codes did not work. Nobody around. Had to call the number on the door. A young guy came to help us who was rude. The room was tiny. Just enough room for the bed. The tv did not work. The pool was very dirty. The breakfast was very basic and disappointing. Given it is cherry season you’d expect some fresh fruit for breakfast. Nothing! When we set outside on the terrace to eat breakfast there was a guy who was spraying olive trees with pesticide with no regards to guests. We had to move inside. Overall it felt guests were left to their own devices. No customer service. I cannot believe the high rates they charge and what little they offer. I will not be back.

La posizione e la struttura.
Non ci sono servizi da hotel 4 stelle. Sembra un b&b. Colazione scarsa. Buffet piccolo, pochissima scelta e prodotti di bassa qualità. Inoltre non viene riassortito. Per le bevande calde c’è la macchinetta automatica. Non ci hanno mai chiesto i documenti. Quindi nessun controllo. Non c’è personale alla reception e al bar ovviamente. Camera senza tende oscuranti. Vasca da bagno con scarico rotto. C’è un blocco sul volume della tv. Eccessivo. Quasi non si sente.
