We decided to extend our Seoul stay and needed to find a decent apartment at a reasonable price.
Pros:

Good A/C, washer and dryer and shower pressure.

Cons:

Location is a couple of blocks from the main street and down a narrow street. It was tricky getting the uber / taxi in there since it’s a working area with forklifts moving around. During the day not an issue but at night it felt secluded.

We really liked the property. It was so comfortable, quiet and well-located. I would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Great location, very clean and quiet. Very good kitchen and laundry. Very comfortable, good size. Really enjoyed our stay!

Cons:

We never did get the wifi to work, despite the efforts of staff. It would be really nice to have larger coffee mugs and hooks to hang wet towels. If I could have one more wish, it would be for a bidet toilet seat.

For sure for next trip to Seoul I will choose this Gudo Residence as a place for staying.
Pros:

The location is very good, close to everything you need to visit, as well as the metro and buses. Nearby are small shops, markets, and bakeries. The location is perfect. The apartment is very well-equipped and clean. You can go up to the roof to admire the view of the NamSam Tower.

Pros:

The beds were comfortable, the appartement was clean and the nghbourhood was quiet.

Cons:

We didn’t receive the code to get into the building until after 20:00, (we arrived to check in at 16:00 as stipulated when we reserved), luckily there were some other guests outside the building who let us in so we could check-in on the screen in he lobby. The phone numbers on the booking.com page of the residence that we called had a message in Korean only, for the 2nd number we received a message in English that it wasn’t in service.
Our room was on the second floor, the view was a brick wall 1 meter from the windows of the appartement, it felt claustrophobic.
