Pros:

+ Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit
+ Die Anlage und der Innenhof waren sehr gepflegt und hatten einen schönes Flair
+ Betten waren bequem
+ Smart TV
+ kleines Hamam
+ Frühstück war ok, auf Wünsche wird jederzeit eingegangen so gut es geht

Cons:

- fehlender Parkplatz (bei booking steht kostenfreier Parkplatz ohne Reservierung, diesen gibt es nicht!) Die Anfahrt ist abenteuerlich. Man sollte vorher unbedingt anrufen sonst fährt man nicht nur daran vorbei, sondern ist in einer Einbahnstraße gefangen und muss einen riesengroßen Umweg machen. Der „Parkplatz“ der bei unserer Anfahrt wohl zufällig frei war, ist ein ziemlicher enger Weg mit Stellplatz direkt an der Mauer. Will man diesen dann wieder verlassen, muss man durch eine äußerst enge Gasse was man fast nur mit zusätzlicher Hilfe stemmen kann. Dazu kommt, dass diese Straße eigentlich von 10:00-18:00 für Autos gesperrt ist und man damit rechnen muss, dass ziemlich viele einheimische einem keinen Platz machen weil die „Straße“ ja auch eigentlich nicht für die Durchfahrt von PKW freigegeben ist. Bei der Ankunft nach dem Ausflug hieß es dann, dass dieser Parkplatz keine Garantie ist. Und wir bei einem anderen Parkplatz parken sollen. Die zusätzlichen Kosten, wenn auch sehr gering in der Türkei, wollte natürlich niemand übernehmen. Es sei ein Fehler auf der Seite von booking.com. Es tut mir leid, aber ich habe extra nach Hotels mit Parkplätzen gesucht und mich darauf verlassen. Diesen Stress finde ich dann einfach nicht ok und dementsprechend trübt das auch unser Erlebnis.
- Wir hatten insgesamt drei Stromausfälle für ca. 1-3 Stunden. Es gab wohl Bauarbeiten
- einige Zimmer sind relativ geräumig, andere für zwei Personen wirklich sehr sehr eng.

La posizione è molto buona, il giardino che ti accoglie molto carino. La stanza potenzialmente buona ma nel nostro caso manchevole… del lenzuolo di sopra!!!

Stanza è sparito. Sembrava l’hotel dei fantasmi…. Ma il fastidio è nato dalla mancanza del lenzuolo di sopra ! Ho dormito con il copriletto per altro leggero e ho avuto freddo. Scarso il Wi-Fi in camera. La colazione sufficiente ma totalmente caotica ( senza piatti e posate!).

Pros:

Kleinschalig hotel met aardige en behulpzame mensen.

Cons:

De locatie in een heel klein straatje in het oude centrum is met de auto moeilijk te bereiken, ook door het zeer drukke verkeer.

Everything was perfect. The staff helped us with a parking spot and walked us to the hotel. The staff was kind and very eager to help. The hotel location was great, it was a short walk to everything. The hotel property was beautiful, such a nice courtyard to sit in. The room was so historic and charming, very comfortable, and we had the Turkish hamam bathroom. The breakfast was delicious too. This hotel exceeded my expectations and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel in urfa.

Einfache Ausstattung und zum Teil überholungsbedürftig, aber für den Preis stell ich keine hohen Ansprüche.

Pros:

Our room was large, but other rooms small.

Cons:

First they tried to put us in a room with no window. Then put us in a room with a Pigeon house outside the headboard of the bed. It is down an alley with no parking and no help with luggage. Cannot recommend it.

Es ist nur zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Die angenehmste Hotel-Erfahrung, die wir seit langem hatten. Das Budget Zimmer ist sehr zu empfehlen. Sehr gemütlich und für ein paar Tage absolut ausreichend. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Personal. Wir haben verschlafen und die freundlichen Menschen vom Hotel haben uns ohne zu zögern ein wirkliches tolles Frühstück außerhalb Frühstückszeiten serviert. Vielen Dank an der Stelle an Adim Gazel! Es war wirklich köstlich! Vielen Dank, dass wir uns bei euch so wohl fühlen konnten!
