The facility was wonderful and the team was very helpful
Pros:

The property is very close to the airport and the team is very friendly and helpful

Cons:

The pillows is not that comfy however the room is very modern and cozy , I think the facility somehow dusty from the area around it and the house keeping needs to clean deeper and with better supervision..

Easy access . Great location , close to the airport. Many options for outside dining . The staff made my stay so memorable. Guest Relations ( Ms. Ishak and her team ) were exceptionally attentive to my and my family’s smallest need . That’s why I extended my stay for one more night . Truly great staff.

The location and it’s quiet only.

Cons:

I had a serious issue with one of the housekeeping staff members and submitted a complaint, but I never received any response.

In addition, I was initially assigned a room where the telephone was not working and the air conditioning was extremely warm, which seemed to be done to save energy. This is completely unacceptable, especially during the summer.

In addition, the swimming pool was not clean because it was also being used by gym members who shared the pool with hotel guests.

The room was also not clean, and the overall housekeeping standards did not meet the level expected from the hotel.

Suite à un problème lors de notre séjour où nous nous sommes retrouvées sans logement avant notre départ dans la nuit, merci à l accueil du personnel, 2 femmes exceptionnelles qui ont su nous rassurer et nous redonner le sourire. Chambre magnifique et piscine parfaite.

Cons:

Dommage que le personnel ne parle pas un mot de français surtout pour un hôtel de cet envergure et qui reçoit de nombreux visiteurs étrangers dont beaucoup de français.
