Super Nice Staff
Pros:

The environment, restaurant, room everything was excellent especially the staff. They were extremely helpful in every matter. Our bathroom door got locked and Bai Ming Xia who was incharge of our room helped us immediately. She was an extremely kind and hospitable lady. We appreciate her hardwork so much and acknowledge her joyful character. She made our stay a lot vetter

Overall great stay and friendly stuff
Pros:

Very clean and polite stuff

Cons:

The all day restaurant service was very very poor. Had to ask on our food multiple times and came an hour later ( we were the only customers there) food came out cold.was not happy about that and never went back

Pros:

My room was kept tidy and clean, and I was well supplied with bottled water by the cleaning staff led by Ms. Came Sun. Thanks to her, I didn't have to go buy water in bulk from the convenience store.

Cons:

The pillows can't hold their shape throughout the night, which caused problems with my neck and back as I slept. I start sleeping on one pillow and have to end the night sleeping on a stack of three. If you have issues similar to mine, its best to pack your own pillow with you.

The chairs are also really old and could use replacing, as the seats all tilt towards the front so its difficult to keep your butt in the chair.

Luxe hotel midden in Shanghai.
Pros:

Luxe hotel, super bedden, grote kamer ( free upgrade!) mooie badkamer.

Cons:

Brood bij het ontbijt was niet zo lekker. Terwijl je wel lekker brood kunt krijgen in Shanghai. Voor de rest enorme keuze en prima!

Absolutely great, can fully recommend it!
Pros:

Andy and his team are doing a great job, I was there with my family and it was amazing. Started already with reception all are friendly and helpful, all the rooms are very clean, also the cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great, so much choice, unbelievable. We often used public transport, as underground station is nearby 6-7min walk. Shops are nearby. All was perfect! Thanks to the great team again.

Pros:

Staffs are all very friendly, from main lobby to restaurant and executive lounge. Our housekeeping lady 小艳was really thoughtful.

Great hotel for a Shanghai stay
Pros:

Great stay with fantastic staff and location
We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is super convenient, with convenience stores, supermarkets, and a subway station all just a short walk away. The room was tidy, spacious, and comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower and a really comfy bed.
