Jeg likte servicen ved på Amara hotellet. Jeg ble tatt ivaretatt av Zero, Sinnie og Andy på resepsjonen. Hotell rommet var rent og frokosten var god. Jeg fikk hjelp til å frakte bagasje fra hotellet til annet hotell i Chongchinq uten noen problemer.

Fantastisk plass å være på. God beliggenhet og veldig god hjelp å få av personalet nede. Zero, leo og jeremy nede i resepsjonen hjalp oss med alt i fra mat til levering av bagasje og bil. Slik service settes pris på!

A great stay within the city
Pros:

Location was good, generally it is easy for us to get around with didi. The staff were attentive and helpful. Room was excellent - it was clean, big and spacious. There was a bathtub that was clean, and we used the nespresso machine daily.

How nice the ladies in the breakfast area were.

Cons:

Had a cockroach in the bath in the morning! I came significantly later than what I was supposed to arrive due to flight cancellation. Apparently I got an upgrade, but instead i had a cockroach on the next morning flying in the bathroom! Room however was clean, although some furniture had some water bubbling, and were a bit used. Staff at the entrance were on their phone most of the time. And when I say I dont want to have my bag carried, means I dont want my bag carried. No need for almost forceful take of the bag! Annoying as hell!
