Pros:

Nice large room set in individual blocks behind main reception area signage could be improved as not that clear otherwise 😊

Pros:

Lovely spacious room. Perfect for our little family. Food was delicious. Friendly staff. Husband and daughter enjoyed the golf course. We had no time to swim. Hopefully next time.

Lovely mini break, all that you could want for and more
Pros:

Lovely big spacious room. All that you need. Fridge was very noisy at night. Lovely location. Bar/restaurant staff need to be more attentive and proactive. Very slow and asked 4 times to turn the air con off in the restaurant. Bed was very comfy: slept very well.

Pros:

Location is good. Traffic noise is negligible.
Pool, also good. Golf is available, although not enough time for a round or two.
Staff friendly, knowledgeable & accommodating to resolve queries.

Cons:

Jacuzzi needed a £1 coin in the slot to operate. (?)
Changing room lockers have passed their best & need maintenance.
Mirror light in our bathroom, didn't work. Main entrance door to the hotel block (Oak) catching on the carpet threshold.

Highly recommend, we will definitely be booking again if we decide to holiday in that area again.
Pros:

The property was spacious, very clean & it had everything we needed for our stay.

Cons:

No blinds on the windows so the rooms behind could see straight in. We shut the curtains but it did mean spending most of the time with the curtains shut & the lights on instead of enjoying the natural light.

relatief veel keuze op de kaart, maar weinig andere zaken op het buffet

Schönes großes Zimmer. Fleißiger und zuvorkommender Zimmerservice! Freundliche Servicekräfte beim Frühstück. Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Schön wäre es, es es zum Frühstück eine Auswahl mit frischem Obst/Gemüse gäbe. Das hat uns gefehlt. Sonst alles top!

Tranquil place for overnight stop
Pros:

Spacious cool quiet rooms in heatwave.. No fan needed. Room staff very friendly and obliging. Kitchen corner very useful. Lovely hot spacious shower. Pool facilities very good and never crowded. Breakfast tasty.

Cons:

Limited unvaried choice of cereals, and cornflakes ran out. No alternative milks for cereal and no loose sugar . Only one type of bread and no fruit or other continental type options. Our cooked breakfast was forgotten one morning and so it was tepid when it arrived. Another morning our cooked breakfast took half an hour to arrive even tho we were the only guests there when we arrived . 5 other guests arrived after us but were served before us. We were told it was because scrambled egg took a long time to prepare. This was strange as the previous day it had been served promptly. If we stayed again we would probably do our own breakfasts. A pity.

Perfect retreat.
Pros:

The location, the facilities, the bed was comfortable. We played tennis, saw Red Kites, had a lovely swim and some tasty food. The staff were friendly and it was very clean.
