朝食会場から階段を上がる時1番最初の手すりの手前に蜘蛛の巣があったり、大浴場の脱衣場の窓の枠などが埃まみれだったりと共有スペースの清掃は行き届かないところがあり残念だった

I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of my stay!
Pros:

Huge breakfast selection and excellent quality. The staff was very friendly, helpful and multilingual. The lounge area where drinks and snacks are served with the wonderful view was a favorite as was the onsen.

Cons:

That my time ran out and I had to leave.

食事は改善余地あり
Pros:

温泉が比較的空いていて、特に露天はキレイでよかった。
部屋も小綺麗でゆっくりできた。
ウェルカムドリンクがいただけるスペースも落ち着いた雰囲気でよかった。天気次第だが、景色もいいのかも。(当方宿泊当日はあいにくの曇天で何も見えなかったが。)
フロントスタッフの方がお二方とも明るくてハキハキとされており、チェックイン、チェックアウト時に気持ちよく対応してもらえた。

Cons:

夕食のボリュームは抑えめで、食べ盛りの子がいたら全く足りない。夫婦はちょうど良かったが。
コースなので仕方ない部分もあるが、提供スピードに改善余地ありと感じた。
ホールスタッフが少なく、せっかくドリンクはモバイルオーダーなのに提供が遅い。水が欲しくても、スタッフが忙しそうに動いているので声をかけにくい。
入れ替え時間が近くなると次の組の準備が優先され、こちらのテーブルは全員食べ終わっているにも関わらず、皿を下げることもなくドリンクも来ない。
スタッフが大変そうなので急かすことはする気もないし、申し訳ない旨の声かけもしてくれたから溜飲が下がったが、もう少し人数を配置してほしい。
「すみません!!」と声をかけないと水も来ないので、せっかくの食事時に、目配せでスタッフを呼べるとなお良い。

売店が閉まるのが非常に早い。
部屋でゆっくりお酒を、と考えるなら、事前に外部で入手する必要あり。
このご時世、無人コンビニなど導入も検討されては？
せっかく
チェックインなどもQR対応しているし、食事時のドリンクもオンライン決済対応なので、あると嬉しいと思ったポイント。
