Nos dejaron guardar las mochilas hasta la hora del checkin que era a las 15h
Nos cobraron un 10% mas que el precio contratado en booking en concepto de “propina”. Al contratar en euros y pagar en moneda local no pude saberlo hasta que me fui, ya que en el momento de pago les pedí la factura (que fue donde lo vi) y me dijeron que me la darían en el check out

Every person and every staff member super friendly and helpful. Never had to leave hotel and could have easily stayed another couple of nights. The food was exceptional at every meal. Drinks in the pool with a staff member delivering as many new drinks as wanted straight to my hand. Most things were able to put directly on room charges, able to pay with card transactions once whilst checking out. Laundry service next door to hotel, delivered back on same day , very honest staff members!
Once a year Army public holiday, didn't allow for us to stay a longer period of time (whole town was majority booked out)

La playa privada no es como un resort, pero cumple para probar el tibio mar.

The hotel was nice. The pool was warm. The location was great, and they also have their own private dock, which was convenient. The onsite restaurant was very good. The front desk booked us the 7 altars/playa Blanca tour for the same price as what they charged if you walked down to the public dock.

Todas sus instalaciones, principalmente la piscina y era cómodo que tuviera embarcadero propio.

La ubicación es buena el área de piscina muy bonita y agradable. La comida está bien.
La habitación la cama muy pequeña y no tan cómoda y necesitan remodelación esta todo ya muy viejo. La TV muy pequeña
Spacious room, lovely view of the water, nice balcony, very clean, good water pressure, excellent air conditioning, friendly staff.
La belle grande piscine, mais un peu sale quand même. Les belles grandes chambres avec belle terrasse. Le restaurant avec vue sur la mer. Le cadre est magnifique, ambiance île des Caraïbes.
Le mobilier est très ancien et on sent que l'hôtel a besoin d'une bonne rénovation pour justifier appliquer ces tarifs assez élevés quand même.
