Overall a good stay at a clean hotel in Ujjain if you don't want the rush.
Pros:

Outer Location (5kms far from Main Temple) suited as we had to travel next day by bus and bus stand was at a walking distance. Owner was polite and friendly. Cleanliness.

Cons:

Unavailability of water heater in bathroom.
