Pros:

Stayed for a week. Location was perfect! Staff were kind and helpful. The first room I had was a triple on the street side and I really enjoyed having a big window with a bit of a view. Then I moved into a single room for the remainder of my stay. It was tiny but cozy and super clean. The window was not much to look out as it faced a cement "courtyard". I appreciated the fact that there was coffee in the room as well as in the lobby.

Cons:

Breakfast was lacking, nothing really good.

Je n'ai rien à dire, je trouve cet hôtel formidable. Le personnel est au top : très souriant, très accueillant et très gentil.

À peine étions-nous sortis du taxi qu'ils sont venus nous accueillir et ont pris en charge nos bagages. La chambre était très propre.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, je le recommande à 100 %.

Pour vous dire à quel point le personnel est incroyable : j'avais réservé un taxi sur Booking pour aller à l'aéroport d'Istanbul, mais je m'étais trompée. Le chauffeur m'a donc redéposés devant l'hôtel. En nous voyant devant l'hôtel, le personnel nous a immédiatement aidés en nous arrêtant un taxi afin que nous ne rations pas notre vol.

Merci infiniment pour votre gentillesse et votre professionnalisme !
